I just left lids. They had some customers in the store so I waited until they were not busy. I stood there waiting for them to ask me if I needed help. But instead they just stood there talking about never wanting to work another black Friday and all he wanted was a bounce. My niece and I had to get the hats down from the top shelf as they watched us struggle to get them down. Customer service is one of the biggest selling points. I ended up leaving with nothing. It wasn't worth a sale for their poor attitude. Note the guy walked past me 4 times and just made him self " look " busy.

I arrived at this store at 10:55am on Sunday Jan 10 after looking online at opening time. Waited over an hour for some skinny 20 year old girl to come strolling in and finally opened the store at 12:30. They open when they want and don't stick to a schedule. Unprofessional and I'll never be back after driving 40 minutes to get there.

This store is very organized, neat, and the workers are amazing! Super friendly and super helpful. Daniel the manager went above and beyond to help me with finding the perfect hat for both my husband and daughter's! They are one of the best lids stores around that I have ever been to!

I went to the mall and found a hat that I wanted. I put it back and was going to come get it when I left on the way out. The store was supposed to close at 9, it was 845 when I left and the store was closed. I was very disappointed.
