Worst customer service!!! Only one teller to help a line of 10+ people, with that one teller stuck helping someone who was having issues. Took me over 15mins to wait (and I was next in line) for a simple transaction, and it’s increasingly like that every time. And the thing that kills me is that there ARE other tellers and managers in the back, but they don’t care that there is a line and do not come forward to help or even look up at you or say anything! My mom has already quit this bank and I’m about to!! Where is the excellent customer service they had years ago when they actually cared about getting and retaining your business, where there was someone to greet you and many friendly tellers to help you?! Obviously another business who is losing sight of what’s really important to their customer! Once they have your business, they stop caring, just like everyone else!! I have talked to the manager at my particular branch and she couldn’t care less, in fact I just get major back-talk and attitude, and I have gone to her higher ups and complained and they did seem to listen and care, but then why is that manager still there??? She is awful!!! Wells Fargo, you need to get your head out of rear and wise up!! You’re infuriating—and losing!!—all of your customers!! ~Jessika
