I have been there 11 years with multiple spots. I am one of the MANY moving out! Current management creates the most unfriendly, unwelcome atmosphere ever. They “Fine” you for any infraction they can. She “fined” me $1500 once when my helper spilled some RV tank water. Another $50 because we forgot and left our RV charging overnight. They will fine you $100 if you’re a few minutes late out of the gate. We have had multiple break ins into our RV and feel it’s just not safe to stay anymore. If you want to feel safe, welcome and secure with your storage, go somewhere else. ~Ed

I wouldn't even give this branch a single star. My friends daughter tried to cash a check that was mailed to her by her school. The teller Jessica Hernandez told her to have a seat while she verifies the check "because of the high amount" after about 20 mins of her waiting, she sees police walk in looking at her. Next thing she know they are arresting her saying the check is not real. And to top it off when I went to go pick up her car for her, the bank had had it towed away even though it was not blocking anything or in the way what so ever. It wouldn't have hurt anything to let it sit for one night not even a whole night just a few hours. So now she has no car to even get to school because she couldn't afford to get it out of impound. And she can't pay for her tuition next quarter because the cops kept the check for evidence. Worst customer service!!! Only one teller to help a line of 10+ people, with that one teller stuck helping someone who was having issues. Took me over 15mins to wait (and I was next in line) for a simple transaction, and it’s increasingly like that every time. And the thing that kills me is that there ARE other tellers and managers in the back, but they don’t care that there is a line and do not come forward to help or even look up at you or say anything! My mom has already quit this bank and I’m about to!! Where is the excellent customer service they had years ago when they actually cared about getting and retaining your business, where there was someone to greet you and many friendly tellers to help you?! Obviously another business who is losing sight of what’s really important to their customer! Once they have your business, they stop caring, just like everyone else!! I have talked to the manager at my particular branch and she couldn’t care less, in fact I just get major back-talk and attitude, and I have gone to her higher ups and complained and they did seem to listen and care, but then why is that manager still there??? She is awful!!! Wells Fargo, you need to get your head out of rear and wise up!! You’re infuriating—and losing!!—all of your customers!! ~Jessika

Came in to fill up the tank, decided to get some food. They only hot hot dogs for hot food so decided to see what else they have. Was told if I wanted to walk around I had to leave my purse at the counter. Like what? No worries, went across the street to am/pm to fill up and get food where I dont have to be treated like a thief. Terrible customer service. ~Cera

Terrible service I was skipped over and not asked how can I be helped the manager is rude very rude but very polite to the non black or Hispanic people and the manager is Hispanic her self colisteo or what ever her name is I’m never stepping in this bank again I promise I’ll go to a different city these people are prejudice and racist ~Compcton

Good local car wash, but they don't have a rain policy. Of course it always seem to rain the day after I wash my car. Just check the weather forecast before you go. ~John
