This place is like WOW! Visited 11JUL22 around 8pm for the first-time for some Children's Benadryl (Less than $6.00) and never seen a Rite Aid so beautiful! They even had some outdoor furniture! Staff is Nice and helpful. The place is very clean. Take a look.

Been coming here for a couple of years and I think this pharmacy is absolutely amazing! With the amount of help I barely see, they still get the job done. Waited for my script and it was done in a few minutes. Frank and his team are wonderful!

Over a period of time, I have found the customer service here to be lacking! Usually, there are very young adults that are not very customer oriented. Most often, they are unable to tell you the availability of store products or direct customers to the appropriate product location in the store. I once bought several Ebay gift cards from a local RiteAid near me, needed to return them (unused, unopened, and still in their perspective "packages") and was not allowed to do so. Turns out this was a major scam of some confusing sort. I was stuck with the cards which forced me to keep them. If the young attendant had only verbally told me upfront that the (unopened) cards were not refundable upon return! Even the store manager was very dismissive and non-sympathetic.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about this store. I have been having my prescriptions filled here for years. The prices are good. The pharmacist, Frank and his staff are genuinely caring, and friendly people. They treat you like family. Prescriptions are filled promptly and professionally. This store has lots to offer, and now, even free delivery on prescribed meds. I love you guys! Helen

The pharmacy is absolutely amazing. The one pharmacist’s name that stands out is Frank. He knows my family by name and even recognizes them when we are shopping in the store. I haven’t had a problem with any of the techs or the other pharmacist. They are all very sweet and have excellent customer service. I had to find another pharmacy after Bennett’s Creek closed. I tried Walgreens on Bridge Rd, Kroger on University, and am absolutely happy with Rite Aid. And no I am not an employee!

I came here to grab a few things for a trip I was going on the next morning. The cashier, Dorian, was very friendly. It was a little after 9:00 at night when I was leaving the store and Dorian walked out with me and saw that I got to my car safely.

Very nice store, I work in the area and was very early for my shift. I went in the store and was not greeted by the Welcome to Rite Aid I walked around and was looking at different items 1/22/2020 and the other clerk came down the same location I was and just watching me and then said hello, so I move down to the location where the lotion was and she asked me did I need help , I stated No Thank you I’m fine. So I walk around some more because the store is really neat, Clean and I saw a lot of items to interest this lady comes right down behind me again and ask me do I need anything in particular.. Are you serious there are 7 other people in this store first thing in the morning we are the same color I know you have a job to do .. Please don’t do that there are some good people in this world and they don’t need to be watch like they don’t have the funds to shop and buy items .. would you want someone to do this to you?? Ask yourself that question Please..

I was waiting at the register until the cashier finished with another customer at the lottery machine. The Manager came out to assist the cashier and then went back to the office, leaving me to wait to be checked out. After the other customer left the cashier continues to work on the lottery machine, then I finally left. To the Manager: cash at the register, is what pays your salary, you shouldn't ignore customers and assist your employees.
