Useless and lazy staff, I was late by 5 min for passport appointment and the USPS person refused to entertain us (drove from san jose with a toddler and an infant). Waste of time.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! Staff is friendly and welcoming and learned my name right when I got my PO Box. Never had an issue with packages or mail delivery. I always felt like family here. Thank you Ben Lomond USPS!

I deal with these folks often. I know it can be a hard and demanding job. They are still very kind and helpful. If it wasn't for Tammy there, I'm not sure how they'd get by. Thank you for all you do!!

my packages keep being stolen before they even arrive, because the update on several says "delivered in or at mailbox" when it is clearly not. Something is definitely going on here because it is only small, valuable, and pocketable packages that go missing from the mailbox "coincidentally" as the driver leaves Edit: this stopped happening since I posted this review. I think its coincidence, but im just glad it's stopped

THE WOMAN THAT PROCESSES PASSPORTS HERE IS NOT NICE!! My family is traveling this week. My husband and my kids got thier passports a week ago, they were processed in SC PO. Mine was processed at Ben Lomond PO a week BEFORE my husband and kids, and i STLL dont have my passport. Apparently the photo of my CLD was not clear, and the application was incomplete!! I am driving to SF today to try to get a passport. But we could be out $20k in Non-refundable travel expenses. And I hate to say it, but I feel like this woman enjoys having the power to delay peoples passports. She rants about being a Federal Employee with a sneer. DO NOT SUMBIT PASSPORT APP HERE!!!!!! Update: we actually missed our trip to Bora Bora. My passport did not arrive until an month after our departure date. The reason that was given to me was that the travel date on my application was lined-out. And that was done by the PO worker. I watched her do it. She insisted it needed to be done. And would not allow me to re-write the date. My entire family missed the trip of a life time.

42 years we have been here and this is OUR Post Office.. WIth rare exception, the PO staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. Our mail carriers, become friends and are always respectful and helpful. I write this review, because I was curious about a mailbox collection on a holiday and went to their website. I was shocked to see that they had a review average of 2.7 stars! That, is NOT the BL USPS that I have known all these years. I thank them all. DT

Pretty rude lady behind the counter. It wasn't just to me, she was really rude to another customer too. Left feeling frustrated and upset. Went to the Santa Cruz post office to do my business and there even in the holiday rush they were so friendly that I left smiling and feeling like I made friends. Stark contrast to this post office...

Very unhappy environment. Poor service and lack of help. Would not recommend wasting time at this post office. 3 women that could not help us with a passport application even though we had an appointment. As a customer we were not treated well at all. Would give no stars if it were an option. Recommend doing business somewhere else. Not a happy staff on Mondays for sure.

The USPS refuses to deliver packages to our house despite repeated requests. Today they left a package receipt in our mailbox dated for yesterday. When I drove to the post office to claim my package they locked the door at exactly 4:30 and I was on the wrong side of the door. Their competition regularly delivers packages to our door. I am very disappointed in the service provided.
