I went through the drive thru and asked for a specific amount off my card. The lady told me my card was declined. Went to the next bank and got my money right off.. As a African American I believe she didn’t run the card just said it was declined.. I asked her how much she run it for she got a attitude and said what you told me too..

JUST LEFT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND REQUESTED DEPOSIT SLIP AND WITHDRAWAL SLIPS TO OBTAIN A CASHIER CHECK AND ASKED FOR ENVELOPE... WORKED WITH AN "TASHA", ASKED FOR LAST NAME SHE REPLIED WITH ROLLED EYES "TASHA"!! WE WROTE DOWN ON OUR WITHDRAWAL SLIP WHAT WE WANTED THE CASHIER CHECK TO BE MADE OUT FOR... IT WAS RETURNED WITH MISSING DETAILS, WE ASKED WHY... SHE EXCLAIMED TOO MANY CHARACTERS AND OUR POLICY CHANGED... AND TO WRITE IN WHAT'S MISSING ON YOUR CASHIER CHECK! REALLY??!! NOOOO ONE WANTS TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING FOR NO APPARENT REASON... MAY WE SUGGEST YOU EITHER PULL "TASHA" FROM THE TELLER LINE OR GET HER TAUGHT SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. DO YOU HONESTLY WANT "TASHA" TO BE THE FACE OF THE BANK AND SETTING THE TONE? SHE MAKES "US" LOOK BAD.

There is really no telling what kind of service you will receive at this branch. Some of the tellers are REALLY good and friendly, but others are rude an incompetent. I do know that when my husband and I opened a joint account the desk worker gave us false information and I had to call to get our account fixed. But there is one worker there who I really like, so as long as I get her I am happy. Also - really need to specify at the drive through what you want done, because if you don't tell them they assume and usually assume wrong ($ taken out of wrong account, money withdrawn instead of deposited, etc). As long as you are clear and patient, your experience will be ok.

Florissant branch is a great branch. They follow policy for all customers. There's a teller there that's been there for a super long time. She's the only one left through all the management changes. Go to her. She's very knowledgable,fast,friendly & is great at anticipating your needs. Her name is Jennifer. She will make it a great experience!

Would give this zero stars if possible. Rude employee when trying to open an acct. Asking all kinds of personal questions that in no way relate to opening a simple checking and savings acct. Manager was rude as well. Save ur time and take ur $ someplace where they will respect u.

Slow, non-friendly service. Commercial lanes are supposed to be served first in the drive through but they could care less.
