I just had my first experience at this NAPA store and I am thoroughly impressed. I called yesterday to get help with ordering parts for my car and Darren was the one who answered. He was super friendly and helpful over the phone. He even called me back after we had already made plans to visit the store and told me how to order online so I could secure the parts I needed for pick up the next day. I called to see if the parts had arrived around 1:30PM today and spoke with Darren again. He said the parts weren't in yet but offered to call me as soon as they arrived! When I visited the store to pick up the parts, Darren knew who I was and said hello! After checking out with a different NAPA employee and going to my car, Darren approached me and let me know that an error had been made during the checkout process (I was not given the full AAA membership discount) and invited me back inside to fix the error so I could get a refund for the difference. I would have never known that a mistake had been made (I'm not great at math 😅) if Darren hadn't taken the time to come out of the store and let me know. I hope the NAPA corporate office reads this and gives Darren the recognition he deserves! From the first time we spoke over the phone, to the in store experience, Darren was phenomenal. I can't thank him enough for his kindness, patience, diligence, and honesty. I will be coming back to this NAPA location for all of my auto part needs from now on because of this outstanding service. Thank you so much Darren!

A car parts store with people behind the counter that know cars. Amazing. I even broke a part by over enthusiasm when tightening the bolt. I went back fully expecting to buy another ( since it was my fault) and to my surprise they replaced it at no charge. My new go to parts shop
