The guys working there are super helpful and very nice. They now offer cellphone repair which was the other reason we went there that day. The battery replacement deal for as long as you own your car is the best thing ever.

Products are good and work well, but customer service is horrible. After purchasing a $200+ car battery and scheduling it to be installed at 11:30 am she was treated with nothing but disrespect and rudeness by the gentleman who installed the battery. We will never return to this location.

I purchases windshield wipers for my vehicle and I had to personal had to visit them 4x called several times regarding them... Let me remind you that I had purchased a battery, the same day.. 3/6/22. No phone call, no apology just outright inconsiderate... I finally showed up and they put them on 5 weeks out. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this location again and I will contact corporate regarding this experience.

Big selection of batteries and some electronics and repairs but pricy.. If on line shop with them, make sure its in your area other wise it can go to some other state.

A battery for a key fob was out of stock at the dealership, Batteries plus has them with a lifetime warranty. The GO to Battery store. I found good deals on Generators also at the online store.

Ordered a car battery online. Arrived at the store and was immediately greeted by store employees. Battery was quickly installed and I was on my way. Battery has a two year warranty that’s good at any location. Store is on a busy road. Can’t make a left when leaving. Can purchase a large variety of batteries or bulbs here.

The gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable. I will be coming back here for whatever service that I might need and that they are offering. Their Customer Service are supreme which is rare in this day in time. I was so happy with their service I made the gentleman take a small tip.
