Such a shame when they falsely accuse my son’s of stealing when they had 100 dollars to spend then when my son’s speak up and say look at my pockets and actually empty them and prove they don’t steal they can’t even get an apology from the accuser yea I will be contacting corporate office

I went in there 4 the 1st time in years,I remember why I stopped going there,the shelves are bare,they don't have much of a selection of anything,except the clothes section,which I wasn't interested in..

It's always really busy, they never open up more registers and they are always lacking product .Dollar general is a much better option

I went in for the second time- MY NEW FAV STORE!! Great for kids clothes and shoes- I have four kids, the need to shop around is real- this is THE BEST place so far with a GREAT selection. I usually go to dollar general for quick things- not anymore!! Christmas shopping too- can't wait to start getting things for the kids- saw a TON of cool toys!!!! And most of the time- dollar tree and dollar general's cheap toys break within minutes of my destructive kids having them- these actually look descently made!!!

Was there yesterday with my baby while the male manager yelled at and berated a young female employee in front of the entire store, this continued for around two min also he had his mask off just hanging from one ear the entire time. Would def never go there again what an awful manager you have there. This was around noon on Monday if that helps

This store in particular doesn't enforce anyone wearing masks during a pandemic. On top of being too afraid and lazy to confront people who have their masks around their chin, they only have 1 of their 3 registers open at one time, essentially forcing customers to stand next to these people for an extended period of time.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Found some good sales. When a line would begin to form at the register, additional registers were quickly opened. Must have been a delivery day because when they weren't busy at the register, they were busy restocking shelves but not too busy to provide assistance.

Well stocked good customer service. This is a great store for beauty products especially African-American Hair care although they have a large variety of hair care products for all hair types and at affordable prices. I love family dollar they have awesome home decor section and household products. Great things for kids. Their products are actually good quality for the price. I have beautiful mirrors and furnishings that I've had for years that I got from family dollar. Good store for mommies.

This is by far the worse Family Dollar that I have ever stepped foot in. Not only are the workers rude and careless, but the store is literally a pig sty. Every aisle you go in, there’s products tossed all over the floor. I almost made a purchase and I ended up walking out. Definitely will not go back to this store or recommend it to anyone.

I went there Saturday - August 10, 2019 for dish detergent & other small items. First & foremost I had only a change purse in my hand and this chick was following me like I had a big freaking bag. I wish I caught her name, but I believe she was latina or white. The store was in disarray & could not locate the items I was looking for so I walked around until I located what I needed. This is by far the worst store in Wilkes Barre, PA. Kidder Street is the most organized. Blackman St requires organization, but at least you don't feel like you are being profiled as soon as you walk through the door.
