Our Macy's is actually split into two separate stores so it's more annoying to shop with one of the stores being much nicer than the other, some deals can be found here but expect your usual mid tier clothing lines and house goods, Macy's is alright but nothing special, personally I'd like to see them take over the old bontons or sears, they would have much more room then.

I had to purchase a suit for my daughter's upcoming wedding and I am not skilled in the area of fashion. Bekah and Randy in the men's clothing department were amazing and about as excellent as they come. They were patient, helpful, and competent on so many levels. A task I dreaded actually became a pleasant experience because of their professionalism. Kudos to Macy's for such great employees.

Store was large and had a good selection. Staff were friendly and prices were low, I recommend.

I went on a week of Summer clearance everything was 50% or more off the only downside about Macy's place the men section and women section is two different locations. The was not packed at all. So me and my son had a blast in the mall with the car cart. I went also we went to go get my watch adjusted for size I have to say thank you to the staff member who assisted me on the sizing of my watch

I believe Macy's is the place where you would say I have no other choice very expensive except for the clearance racks their clearance racks are really good prices

Very small childrens selection. Not too thrilled with the options throughout the store. Also the employees are not very pleasant or helpful.

A echo of it's former self, Macy's is still a useful store with quality merchandise. The selection is just not as broad as it once was, but still worth the trip. Evening staff was pleasant and helpful.

I been looking all over for my Armani cologne I like and I finally found it at Macy's in the Wyoming valley mall but what I'm really writing about was the experience purchasing this item not the item itself. I was approached by one rude,judgemental,and nasty old lady after another who clearly felt like I was too far beneath them to be of any use to them they were all sooooo busy in this empty store they couldn't be bothered to help someone like me. Then it happens.This Absolute Masterpiece of a Unicorn shows up with the most incredible style and she was soooo beautiful,she was nice and welcoming,she asked if I needed anything else and her smile was on point.she had blazing red hair and a beautiful smile and I'll be back to this Macy's of only to try and make her my girlfriend. Wish me luck
