Nice clothing selection but sizes go quickly. You have to end up ordering online and pay shipping..no free shipping at jcp. Exchanges are difficult ...they no longer do exchanges in each department. You have to walk to the online order section. Lines are long.

Great store to shop, employees are awesome. But store needs bathrooms close together, not in opposite ends of the store.

Went here for a dress shirt. Nothing was priced the way the signs said. The specific shirt I was getting said 50% off (the exact shirt). Further there were a ton of signs to download the app and save an additional 30%. Shockingly that also didn’t work. This place is a total scam where the cashier “couldn’t do anything about it”. No wonder shopping malls are dying.

If I had to choose between Macy's or JCPenney I would take JCPenney widest selection nicest styles of clothing and the prices are really good

The cashiers was very rude in the shoe department. The prices came up incorrectly and they made me go upstairs to have the prices fixed instead of addressing the issue right there at the register.

First time coming to this location & it was disgusting. Never seen such a dirty JCPenny. Clothes and garbage thrown everywhere. Only one staff member greeted us. The young girl at the customer service counter wasn’t wearing a name tag or friendly when she checked us out. The store closing announcements were also very annoying. They kept announcing it every five minutes, 40 minutes prior to their closing time. I’d recommend going a friendlier & cleaner location.
