Best clothing store in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I went in there 4 the 1st time in years,I remember why I stopped going there,the shelves are bare,they don't have much of a selection of anything,except the clothes section,which I wasn't interested in.. ~Jeannie

Bring from the area I find Burlington to be very different from what I remember honestly. They have more than coats now. It reminds me of a tjmax or Ross type sense of style and choice .. very nice stuff at Burlington tho.. not just coats . Bought these beauties there.. ~Alison

First time coming to this location & it was disgusting. Never seen such a dirty JCPenny. Clothes and garbage thrown everywhere. Only one staff member greeted us. The young girl at the customer service counter wasn’t wearing a name tag or friendly when she checked us out. The store closing announcements were also very annoying. They kept announcing it every five minutes, 40 minutes prior to their closing time. I’d recommend going a friendlier & cleaner location. ~Drew
