The staff never was bad but there definitely were some well needed adjustments. I had a problem with my couch that took over a month to be addressed. This issue was resolved within 2 weeks under Penny's management. The gentleman that do deliveries Nick, Matt and John were all friendly, professional, and are a good representation of this location. I now feel comfortable and will continue to be a customer here. Highly recommend! A picture of my now NEW couch is attached below.

I tell her that the website and corporate says that it’s an option not a requirement. And that it sounds like her store is trying to do deceptive business practices. She hangs up on me. I immediately call back and the phone rings for maybe 5 mins before they pick up. I say I want a refund and I don’t want them coming to my house. She tells me she can’t give me one and I have to call the manager in the morning. Terrible place to do business with.

I was offered a radio that was on the sales floor that worked, but had broken and missing buttons. I agreed to take the radio at the moment (because I had a party the next day) and that a new radio would be ordered and delivered to my home by the end of the week. By the end of the week I received a phone call and was told that I needed to make my first payment, I was shocked because the special they had going on was no payments for 1 month. When I explained this to her, she was not even aware of any other radio having been ordered for me. They would look into it. Now 4 weeks into owning this radio again I am being called for my payment that is due. Again I question about the new radio that was promised to me and again the sales representative knew nothing about it. I was transferred to another store rep who claimed to have called me to tell me that the radio had arrived 2 weeks ago and that it was sitting on the sales floor. I never received a call nor was any attempt made to deliver it to me. After going back and forth on the phone with the store rep, she transfers me to Mike the store manager who is extremely rude and disrespectful. He tells me that he will come pick up radio the next day and proceeds to hang up on me. Here it is a week later and still no one has picked up the radio but instead I get another phone saying my account is past due now. How convenient. Now they refuse to pick up the unit and are demanding me to make a full payment on this broken unit.

This untrained & rude staff gave her the most horrible shopping experience we ever had! Apparently, there was management change, and it seems all they taught this staff is to be disorganized and full of nasty attitude. After this purchase is done, I will take my business elsewhere. We are looking at getting another fridge and livingroom set. After this experience, Rent-a-Center may be seeing us real soon!

Wish I could give zero stars!! Terrible customer service. Went for a bed they fired 2 different sets of staffs (8-10 people each crew) including managers and still haven’t resolved my issue. A staff member of there’s didn’t have the bed me and my husband wanted didn’t tell us and they picked out a bed of their choice, never to this day has braught me the bed I wanted nor tried to resolve my issue ! Won’t give refund or anything. Jay the manager now he isn’t people friendly and doesn’t care about anyone but his pay check. Low life’s, with no customer service experience work here . The staff fakes it till they make it there.
