I want to start with I am so satisfied with the new management at this location!!! I was with this store a little bit before Penny came into management. The staff never was bad but there definitely were some well needed adjustments. I had a problem with my couch that took over a month to be addressed. This issue was resolved within 2 weeks under Penny's management. The gentleman that do deliveries Nick, Matt and John were all friendly, professional, and are a good representation of this location. I now feel comfortable and will continue to be a customer here. Highly recommend! A picture of my now NEW couch is attached below. ~Ashley
