Dropped my Note, broke the screen... went in and 1.5 h later my phone was ready for pickup, like new for under $400 (side story* - I was set on ordering the Fold 4, with all the extras Samsung was offering, for $2400- but they hired untrained customers service "specialists" so they lost the sale). What stuck with me was the team in that store, the knowledge and honesty, and of course, the speed of service and while I hope I won't need them very soon, I know I can depend on them. Buyer beware. Don't shop here if you value warranties. We purchased a Bluetop X2 battery Aug. 2020 and went in for warranty April 2022. The store declined our warranty because the battery we were sold did not match the receipt. The original sales associate rang up a Duracel battery instead of an X2. The store and company refuses to assist us in any type of warranty. We, the consumer, are being penalized for a sales persons mistake.
