When I specifically ordered cheese and spices extra though the person gives me a additude when I didn't recieve it and has to go to the back. Happened twice as I might say. I will gladly never come back here and go to the 4 other stores in my town. Thanks again!

Me and the wife work long term care. We had a resident place an order for dinner to be delivered. This resident orders from this location 1-2 times a week. On 5/18 an order was placed by the resident and never delivered. Resident elected not to receive the facility dinner. Continually denied anything to eat from the facility due to wanting the order. By 10p the resident elected to accepted a PJ&J sandwich due to order not being delivered. Resident made a phone call in 5/19 to establishment and was told “sorry, nothing we can do about it”. Since when has this become acceptable behavior? So, I called the evening of 5/19 and spoke to a manger (Maxwell). Was never given a reason the delivery wasn’t made on 5/18… was instructed that the order would be recreated and delivered by 8:30p. I received a follow up call back stating that the order would not be reproduced because if their system and the resident would have to pay for the order again to call back on 5/20 after 4p and the order would be completed. Here we are on 5/20 and after filing multiple reports against this establishment I highly doubt any rectification for this resident when I call after 4p. What has become of society that a company is unable to rectify their wrong especially when it pertains to a resident of a facility that is unable to provide their own care? What is the difference between yesterday correcting the order for delivery and having to call back another day to get it completed? Worst way to handle business

The pizza and wings were amazing!! So fresh too. The delivery guy was very professional and quick. Overall, smooth transaction and interaction. Gave this transaction five stars! Thanks Pizza Hut!!

Friendly service but the dine in was closing in an hour so they wouldn't let us eat there?? Waited for the carryout, good price tasted good sep it lacked sauce. Umm, yah no sauce at all.. isn't it the sauce that makes bread and meat a pizza?? Anyway, it was still pretty tasty 😋

Ordered from here two times and the pizza had little to no sauce. Then for some reason ordered from here again and after waiting an hour and a half called in to see where my pizza was just to find out they hadn’t even made it. They said “It didn’t show up on their screens.”

It's really unfortunate that this particular Pizza Hut is the one on forced to order from. If you order anytime past 3pm you will be met with rejection after rejection when you try to add items to your cart. Every day, every single day they will ALWAYS run out of every crust, every sauce, and everything else. They've been like this for 3 years now. You'd think they'd have a manager that was worth something that would start to order enough product to meet demand but they don't. They haven't for years. So yeah, especially if you want pan pizza you better order it for lunch because they will 100% be out of it by 3pm on a weekend, guaranteed. Absolutely horribly run Pizza Hut.

I ordered pizza for delivery for my kids online beachside I had work all the day. They told me later One slice of pizza is missing there when my daughter try to make whole pizza and take photo. Who did it ? In the sore employees or delivery driver.

Ordered a taco pizza and asked for lettuce on the side. No only was there no lettuce on the side, there was hardly any lettuce at all. Plenty of tomatoes though. Pizza was overcooked and dried out. This pizza hut is usually much better than this. Disappointed...

Wow there’s no signs of all that say that the dining room is closed anywhere I sit there and wait 10 minutes to be able to place an order I want to eat inside a restaurant and I am told that I cannot after waiting 10 minutes I just said F it and left I am absolutely a palled of the number of Pizza Hut’s in KFC’s that are not allowing people to eat and literally every restaurant is allowing this Pizza Hut get with the program

This pizza place stands with the hometown guys; they take care of their customers. If you are craving a classic Pizza Hut pizza like I was it doesn't disappoint, The stuffed crust is just as excellent as it was when I was young. And it's the staff of this Pizza Hut that really makes it shine, great service, quick delivery, excellent results. The pepperoni they kept the standard of pepperoni It's a great standard, the meatballs; how could you understand the magic of Pizza hut's meatballs and each pizza place has their own meatballs in the way of doing it there's something nice there's something super comforting about the way that Pizza Hut does it. This Specific Pizza Hut is fantastic, I know that when I'm under crunch doesn't matter what level of demand they have they deliver very generously. It's really a love letter to Pizza Hut in general, and I wish many more years of prosperity for this location especially.
