Bad experience. Pizzas I ordered were not made because they didn't have any cheese to put on the pizzas. Been trying to get ahold of management but guess they won't answer the phone. Too bad I paid online with a credit card. Guess I will have to get ahold of the credit card company.

If I could give no stars I would. Once upon a time this place was good but the last few times I have ordered my order was completely incorrect and due to some food allergies, some things were not edible. My last orders was wrong again so I did contact the store to complain. Which I normally would not do. I was told by a manager that they would “comp” my next preference. Only to never answer from my phone number again. Not to mention some of the staff so rude they hung up on me the one time o did get through. Don’t order from here unless you enjoy being ripped off

We live less then a mile away and ordered delivery, ordered a pizza with no mushroom and no green olive get our order and it is all over, extra of what we wanted none of. Even the receipt and box said no mush no green olive, called to complain and they refused redelivery of our order and the person we spoke with was named Exsavior and he extremely rude. Delivery for this store stops at 8:45pm we called at 8:25 pm. Very poor store and rude employees.

My regular size salad was tiny and there was no dressing included. Reply to management: was I going to drive all the way back from my house for dressing? Orders should be checked before leaving the restaurant.

UPDATE- to previous review, I called on a Friday, which I understand the demand and pressure. I was asked to hold so did for awhile. I decided to wait awhile and try again because I like Blackjack. The second time I told the employee that I had a less than stellar experience the week before so they went to get management. During the hold I was disconnected. I called back and there was no answer. PREVIOUS- The pizza was good, I am semt coupons specifically from this address rhey did not honor the coupon I mentioned even though it has no expiration amd clearly has their address

Lee would hang up and or answer and hang up without greeting. He is a horrible worker and has no customer service. He is rude when answering questions and if things require more than a yes or a no he hangs up. Never buying from here again.

So I had rewards to claim a free pizza because I order blackjack a lot and I ordered 2 pizzas and an hour and a half goes by and the lady says I will get my food for free and then I get a call only to be offered a 25% discount to go pick it up. I said that wasn’t an option and since I already had a free pizza on my account I can only receive a free pizza on another day because their driver is MIA. And I can’t use both discounts together in the future. I’ve earned those points so what does that have to do with you guys canceling my order completely after waiting 2 hours and now having to figure out what I’m going to feed my son for dinner. Customers have to pay for their driver going missing and this situation could’ve been easily resolved.

Good pizza and salad and wings BUT - waiting for an hour sucked. Delivery driver was really nice. I imagine it was a multiple delivery order which was why the food was not as hot.

Ordered two pizzas on their Website, Cinnabread, and a 2-liter. My son went to pick the pizzas up. When he got there they said that two of the ingredients that were on their Website they do not have. They also overcooked one of the pizzas, with the thin crust being particularly overcooked to the point that the crust was cracked and falling apart and tasted burned. They also did not give my son the 2-liter, causing him to have to go back and get it.
