I also would give 0 stars if I could. We spent a 4 week process getting "registered" just to have them "unable to find our address" and lose 4 packages in the process now. They gaslight you about your problems knowing full well its 100 percent their fault and have zero sense of urgency to help solve the problem that is now costing you time and money. If it is at all possible try to have your packages delivered to a P.O. box or something because the level of incompetence is staggering in the modern day. No call, nobody reaches out when something is wrong, it's the worst branch of postal service I have ever experienced. Nowhere else in the country is it this hard just to receive parcels. If you're reading this sorry, you most likely live in a mail deadzone. Today, second day asking about my packages, was turned away to await a phone call that may or may not happen for the next 2 weeks while I have to individually reach out to the senders and tell them what's happening. Brutal. Update: after having to resend my packages, package gets marked as delivered, it’s not, post office says it’ll be delivered tomorrow, it’s not, post office finally tells the truth after lying previously and says it was delivered to wrong address and “hopes someone can get it to your house wherever it got delivered”. WHAT?! Open a PO Box and just pay the fee. It’s better for your mental health.

Had a packaged they did not deliver because the name and address did not match. We are renting a friends condo. The package contains medication to treat wife's pain. Have tried four times so far to obtain the package in the last two days. I have been told, each time, the driver has not show up yet and returned the package to the post office. So the package has been on the delivery truck for two days so far. It's been a very frustrating experience so far. The postmaster seems nice. The others don't seem to really care one way or another.

They call it Pago-SLOW for a reason!! Sends back packages because they don’t want to look for the house or don’t pay attention to the address. Leaves ruined packages at the wrong house. Do better😮💨

I only gave it two stars because of Alan - he is the only person here who cares about his customers. I literally have to go in two or three times a week - it’s a 34 mile round trip drive - usually for nothing. I get yellow slips only to be told the “package is not on the shelf” or “is still being processed” two days after the slip shows up. We as residents have no choice as we do not have enough boxes for the actual Residents but the “part timers” have them. It’s a mess and the manager doesn’t care. I am disgusted by how “sad” the post office has become over the last year or so. I’ve been here 8 years and this has been the worst year by far for mail delivery - such a shame.

Always a 20 minute or more wait. Can't blame covid as it's always been under-staffed

I would give zero stars if I could! I had a package come in today that I have to have before Wednesday and the idiots working at the post office gave my package away to someone else. So thanks alot for screwing me over!

4 years ago I left a review about how frustrating the post office has been. I'm unable to change it but wanted to leave a review saying it's gotten SO much better since then! Appreciate the definite improvement!

Packages are always damaged, I would expect this kind of performance back home in Alaska in a rural area. But not in the states. Every care package my mother has sent is damaged, how hard is it to treat others mail with respect, when one of my packages from my mother was damaged and glass broken I asked the lady what the hell happend but she proceeded to pin the blame on my mother and tried to assume it was lack of packaging procedure. And she didnt know what to say after I told her this isn't my first time being sent a package, we always make sure to use bubble wrap and then some. Instead of owning up to the post offices fault she immediately tried to blame me or my mother. Top it off I've had packages not even show up aswell. There is some friendly staff but honestly friends respect your belongings.

Too many times I have gone in to pick up a package, and someone there neglects to put a yellow slip in the mailbox for pickup. Last week I got a package, and 5 days later the yellow slip was in my mailbox. This afternoon I went to get a package and was told it was not yet available. Lo and behold it had been placed in a locker at 9am for me to get. So...either hire qualified people or get more people on duty.

We have received mail from our great postal carrier at our mailbox since 2016. In all that time only one piece of mail was misplaced and it was delivered to our door by a neighbor. I’m very thankful for the hard work and dedication of our postal carriers.
