Kohls had only 1 cashier and of course, as always some old blue hair lady was having difficulty with her transaction making it take an eternity for my 15 second purchase. Kohls needs to simplify its rewards program for its target customer base of old women.

Don’t even try working or shopping here, They are very unprofessional and hung up on me after being over 20 minutes late for a interview. They don’t deserve your money and from Who’ve I’ve been interacting with they clearly don’t know how to do their job or treat people with respect. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The staff- when you can find them- are super polite and friendly but seem too overworked to have a good handle on what merchandise is in store. Twice I was told something wasn't there when I found it fairly close. I don't fault staff for this- they're clearly don't have the support needed to really up the customer service game. The selection in store is decent, if a little scattered around in not the most logical manner. I was able to find a reasonable alternate for what I was looking for which is important. I just wish the online inventory matched on store levels a little better as literally nothing I found online was on store. The store is clean and smells nice inside, and no one attacked me with perfume, so win. Final verdict: it's not the first or second place in town I check when I need something, but it is on the list and works out when I have time to hunt around.

Always a sale... and something for everyone, from clothes to home goods to electronics. The employees are helpful and a great job keeping it organized.

I love Kohls, however I was so disappointed! I understand deliveries of merchandise has been difficult but the store looked as if it were going out of business! Such beautiful clothing that greeted you in the Jr dept was completely empty of clothing and filled with promotional hard goods, games. Then the ladies dept was much the same, racks were spaced out and very light on apparel. No women's dept at all. Domestics looked like you could square dance, no attractive bed linens, sparse in linens and then housewares. Oh my how could this be? I even asked the one employee we saw what had they done to my Kohl's? The reply was genuine and professional, no product coming in and " all"stores have been directed to re-merchandise to reflect the lack of merchandise. I am so sorry this has such an impact on your store and I am praying that 2022 will permit Kohl's to flourish once again.

Haven't shopped here for a while. Very frustrating. Most of the prices are not labeled either on the item or at the kiosk. For example. I was looking at the Contigo cups I've seen on TV. The kiosk say none available and I am holding 1 of 25!!! So, to find pricing, you have to take each item to the cashier and they will scan it. You go to a grocerry store, and each item is marked with a sign. My wife went to buy a Bali bra. There is no price on tem either, however the sign says buy 1 get the other 1/2 off. So.... how much is the original bra??

2017-06-27 Very nice store, not too busy, plenty of parking, 1 door on one side of the building and 1 door on the adjacent side of the building, and cash registers St both doors. Plenty of sales, clothes, shoes and household products, and store looks new and clean.
