Staff here are rude as F!@#. except Barry. he always is helpful and has friendly, positive attitude. I have shopped CVS for over 30 years but refuse to enter ever again after rude treatment at this store.

Mediocre Pharmacy. They didn't have Moderna COVID vaccine booster.

Veterans not respected here. I know it's complicated for pharmacies to use the VA system but they could at least act like they care. Assistant was willing to try but boss came over and said, "You're not going to have any luck with it". I've been to other CVS pharmacies that were able to get things through. So, this was pure LAZINESS and LACK OF CONCERN!

Thank you to the Pharmacy staff last Friday, 6/10/22, for filling my prescription just before closing time at 8pm. I appreciate all of you!

Called to check on status of my prescription and person I spoke to said it was ready. But then I arrived at the store and was told it is almost ready. The pharmacist was busy with the register because she only had one other person working there. Then she walked away to “help” a customer and was gone for 11 minutes. The she stopped again to answer a question about body wash — another two minutes. I get that they are busy but they should send people to the front of the store for non-pharmacy questions. Maybe they should add a sign that folks should go to the front for non-pharmacy customer service related questions. With that said, the two women that were working during the time I was there were working so hard and constantly on the move so that keeps them from scoring a 1. They both deserved a 5 rating but dropped down to a 3 due to the many distractions that they allowed.

CVS is always located at very convenient location. You can get a lot stuff at good price if you use their coupon. Staff is always very friendly at all the locations.

Shout out to Kay at the pharmacy for letting me purchase my Rx even though the pharm manager tried to close them down for lunch. After standing in line waiting for my turn, he came around to close the window and says come back at 2pm. Kay - seeing that I was in line waiting prior to their lunchtime starting - was nice enough to help anyway. It was so helpful and so kind. One star rating goes out to whatever policy CVS has to tell people who have already waited in line (people who are often sick or elderly) that they have to come back after lunch (as they close the window in their face). Lunch is important - every break is. But have a process. Stop the line from forming at a certain point, like grocery stores do when people have to go on break. Just common courtesy. Thanks again, Kay.

Absolute WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!!!! Don’t use unless you absolutely have to. They’re unfriendly and unhelpful- they never answer the phone (literally, was on hold for hours and nothing), and they’re really slow and ignore me when I go in there. I watch them work while they’re ignoring me, and none of them seem to ever know what’s going on. If there we’re negative stars, that’s what I’d give.

Cons: 1. Closed from 1:30-2:30pm 2. Impossible to reach the pharmacy over the phone (which is INFURIATING when there’s a hold on your meds with a message to “contact the pharmacy to fill the prescription” — insanity) 3. The drive-thru shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to get through, but you’re lucky if it only takes 30 minutes I understand that CVS is understaffed and that pharmacy employees are struggling, but as a paying consumer, this is not acceptable. Meds are time-sensitive things, and issues like these severely impact people’s ability to maintain their prescription schedule as directed. The process of picking up meds shouldn’t reliably end in tears. CVS, do better. Hire more people. Hold yourself accountable for these issues, and stop ignoring the root of the issues. You’ve had success in the past, and you’ll find it again. Prioritize your customer experience going forward. Struggle spurs innovation.

Brutal experience to get meds at CVS these days. Pharmacy never answers the phone, and on the rare occasion they do you have to wait a minimum of 30-45 minutes which is insane. Employees are frazzled and it comes off as rude but they’re just stressed. Horrible, horrible process to pick up meds. If you can look elsewhere.
