5* for the price. 2* for the quality of work. 1* for the constant delaying. I paid $150 to get my Motorola phone fixed because the charging port was loose and the power button wasn't working. They were able to order all the parts within like a week. But every time I asked it was - come tomorrow brother. Come Wednesday. Come tonight. next week etc etc.. Got my phone back and the volume button is held on with tape. The screen is loose and has already cracked. The quick gestures no longer work. Very unhappy. Not to mention last time I was there they had some kid arrested for yelling at them about their bad job on his phone

I’m stationed in Indian head which is about an hour away, I originally went here since it was the only place that was opened when I needed the fix. They fixed my glass and LCD screen, and threw in a screen protector too. Not even two weeks later my LCD screen started acting up away, there were lines running down it and it was glitching out so I called back and asked if they could do anything about it. He said there was a warranty on it and that they’d fix it for free, so I drove out another hour just for them to tell me the warranty didn’t cover the damages and I’d have to pay the same price to get it fixed. I didn’t learn my lesson the first time, I got it fixed there since I already drove the hour. It’s been about two more weeks and this is insane. Disclaimer, I used to drop my phone a lot and nothing ever happened to it, but there’s no way that after years of owning this phone I never had problems but within 2 weeks of going here my phones screen looks like this: I can’t use it whatsoever and I’ve spent hundreds here just to get lied to and get scammed
