5* for the price. 2* for the quality of work. 1* for the constant delaying. I paid $150 to get my Motorola phone fixed because the charging port was loose and the power button wasn't working. They were able to order all the parts within like a week. But every time I asked it was - come tomorrow brother. Come Wednesday. Come tonight. next week etc etc.. Got my phone back and the volume button is held on with tape. The screen is loose and has already cracked. The quick gestures no longer work. Very unhappy. Not to mention last time I was there they had some kid arrested for yelling at them about their bad job on his phone ~Zakariah

Untrustworthy, unreliable, and unprofessional. Do not waste your money, time, or energy with Fruit Fixed. Background: I brought my apple iwatch in for a screen replacement months ago. When I got it back the first time, the screen was detached from the watch. The second time, the screen was repaired correctly however, the battery stopped working. I brought it back a second time. They replaced the battery (I paid an additional $30). However, the watch still does not work. The battery life is about 4 hours. I brought it back a third time, and a “ticket was put in” and someone was supposed to call me. I never heard back. There was *no issue* with the battery before I brought it in. The watch is not useable. I requested a full refund. The owner refused to do anything and called it a “successful repair.” I tried to reach him on the phone but he dodged me. He gave me the number to a store he doesn’t work at. Then they store gave me a number to a different store - again, the owner couldn’t be found. The manager however talked to the owner on the phone. When I asked for his number he said no. Email only. Incredible. I will be making a complaint to the BBB for the predatory and deceitful practices. Posting this review only because I feel an obligation to warn others. ~callin
