I love sams however there is a man that works in rotisserie that makes my wonderful day go bad every time. I have watched this man give others great customer service but when I attempt to engage in conversation or ask him a question I get an attitude and smart remarks. I’ve also witnessed this man treat his team members horribly. If this continues I will report that man to BBB. Do better Sams club.

Sam’s Club has a scam going. They claim free shipping if you sign up for a Plus membership but most items cost several dollars more when you ship them versus getting them in store. Shipping isn’t really free. They just hide the costs. I wonder if this is even legal.

I love this store! The reason for my review is that I called with a question about gas prices and received AMAZING customer service from an employee named Daniel. They took time to look into my question and make sure their answer was correct and did so with extreme patience and consideration. I didn’t feel like I was annoying or inconveniencing them.

Sam's Club has a great selection of clothes, housewares including furniture and mattresses, tires (what they don't have you can order), food including snacks, wine and garden/lawn supplies. Their prices are good and typically better than you can find elsewhere. Usually a family of at least 2 can save enough to pay for the membership.

Prices are gradually getting higher although they do have some good deals every once in a while. However, the staff in the cafe section are EXTREMELY unfriendly. Every time i order, the older woman acts like I’m such an inconvenience. Also, you will now have people approaching you as soon as you walk in trying to sell you something. As a mom, sometimes going shopping by myself is my only break. I don’t want someone approaching me while I’m making it obvious I’m not interested in their services. I’ve had both a sams and Costco membership for almost two years now, but this year it will just be Costco. They have good prices, no one hunts you down for services when you walk in the door, and all of their staff are friendly and welcoming.

Sam's Club always has great deals. I recommend some of the food made in-store to take home, like the chicken alfredo. You can also get discounted gift cards and movie tickets here.

1st time in a sam's. I had a 3 order instacart batch to shop for.. very well organized compared to a costco. The huge thing for me personally was actually having aisles marked with what was in them

I was excited to try out Sams Club Pickup in July, but it wasn’t all I’d hoped. I wasn’t able to have my purchases brought to my car. Instead, I had to go into Sams Club and wait 15 or 20 minutes for the associates to bring them to me at Customer Service. I waited along with several other people who had purchases in carts they could see sitting there. I was aliso supposed to receive a discount for being a first time pickup customer and the associate was unable to apply it. I did receive a gift card for the amount of the discount, however. Sams Club just recently began offering this service and I am sure the process has improved with time.
