This U.S. Bank Torrance Branch is managed by a very efficient and friendly guy, Mr. Jay Santos. This branch affords me great convenience on weekends when I go out to buy groceries inside Ralphs Store.

I've called multiple times with no answer. After leaving voicemails, no call back. They also gave me the run around. Told me they couldn't help me at the branch and I had to call the 24 hr line just to get rid of me. When I called the toll free number I was told only the branch could help me. Basically useless unhelpful.

THIS BRANCH DISCRIMINATES ON HOW YOU LOOK TO CASH A CHECK. THE MANAGER JAY SANTOS AND BANKER ERIC LUGO REFUSED TO CASH MY CHECK EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A U.S BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE CASHED MY CHECK MANY TIMES AT OTHER BRANCHES. ONLY THIS BRANCH IN CARSON REFUSED TO CASH MY CHECK IN FULL. (YOU SHOULD OF MADE AN EXCEPTION JAY SANTOS AND ERIC LUGO. NOW, BOTH OF YOU AND YOUR BRANCH ARE PUBLICLY SHAMED AND REPORTED TO YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE. HOPE IT WAS WORTH YOUR JOB GUYS. 😆
