5 Best bank in Torrance, California (CA) 2024

I have been a US Bank customer for almost 18 months after switching from Bank of America I just love this branch and its staff. They are all so polite and helpful. Anytime I have a question or need any help, they are incredibly accommodating. Far cry from what I experienced at BofA! Great job US Bank!!! ~Olivia

This U.S. Bank Torrance Branch is managed by a very efficient and friendly guy, Mr. Jay Santos. This branch affords me great convenience on weekends when I go out to buy groceries inside Ralphs Store. ~Julius

I like the staff they are very friendly, very professional and very helpful. I like the fact that you don't have to stand in line and you can just use the machine inside for big transactions. The parking lot is a good size. ~Nadia

If you're black don't go here even if you have a bank account with B of A you will get racial profiled and if you're trying to open up a new account they won't do it they will switch you and ask why are you here and why are you so far away feom your address. I went in today to try and get a secondary account open. my account is in full standings I don't owe the bank nothing and she asked me a lot of questions she walked to the back as if she didn't even want to help me. a representative had to force her back out to help me open up this account and then she lied to me and said that she couldn't do it because I owe the bank money but could not tell me how much I owe the bank. She act like she was reading from the screen and she could not go no further until I accept or decline if I want to open up the new account and pay whatever I owe the bank everybody knows that's not how it works. I'm going to take this issue to the max because it's not fair on what she did to me I make very heavy deposits into this account I was polite and professional however I still got profiled as being suspect because of the color of my skin. This Asian chick who helped me, sits at the very front desk needs to be fired the branch manager needs to be demoted if they condone this type of service at their location. And when I first started off she asked for my ID as if I didn't even have an account when I pull out my bank card she was even more surprised so every step of the way she asked me to do stuff and I was able to conquer that so at the end she just made up a lot of excuses where she did not want to open up the account that is not their job to do to profile you their job is to open up the account if you qualify for it and they only was asking for $25. Its funny cause through the transaction with her she seen my account go from $44 to $315 thanks to instant pay. So there was no excuess. I am not going to rest until I seek adequate Justice for this situation something needs to be happen to her she needs to get extremely disciplined or fired for her actions how many other customers has she did this to. We live in America. And I am a Bonafide American I've been living here for 43 years since birth a Native American not imported. ~Null
