I have been a US Bank customer for almost 18 months after switching from Bank of America I just love this branch and its staff. They are all so polite and helpful. Anytime I have a question or need any help, they are incredibly accommodating. Far cry from what I experienced at BofA! Great job US Bank!!!

I had a virtual appointment at 11:45 am today 6/16/21, with Pablo who is supposed to be the branch manager. He never showed up. I called the bank and they messaged him. 30 minutes later, a guy named Mike calls and says you had an appointment, did you know that? I was so mad. I told him don't pretend like I forgot the appointment. You guys are the ones who didn't show up. At least be honest enough to apologize! You are a banker after all. Isn't honesty in your job description?!

I was in the bank today and they are not enforcing the mask mandate. There were two (masked) tellers and a line to the door. Three customers were not wearing a mask. No employees spoke up and they were allowed to wait in line, and wait in the waiting area indoors all without masks and the doors closed. Per the county, masks are now required in all indoor public places in Los Angeles County and it's up to us in the community to be diligent. I won't be returning.

We are very disappointed in this bank. We did a reasonable amount of banking with them including a home mortgage, a HELOC, an impound account, and a checking account. When we wanted to close our HELOC and asked for some written documentation they became very unresponsive to our needs. We got a lot of "we don't do that here" or "you need to speak with someone else, who isn't here" type responces. This all after being directed to the branch by US Bank Customer Service. We were under a certain amount of time pressure related to closing another loan and there was no help to be given.They pretty much held us financially hostage. They always did well taking our money but when it came time for us to save some money they didn't seem to care and did not respond. For anyone considering doing banking beyond a basic checking account I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. It would be hard for me to imagine any other bank could do worse for you than US Bank on PCH in Torrance did for us.

The girl teller with the glasses is always rude. They only have 1 teller. God forbid a visit to the bank should be less than 30 minutes to withdraw $500 cash

Don't go to this bank, what a waste of time. The 2 bankers sat in there were absolutely useless, one of them is a manager, no kidding! I drove to this bank because there is discrepancy with the interests charged that don't add up, hope will get some answers. The place was empty except 3 bank personels have nothing to do, so I asked, all I got the answers from 2 of them were: don't know, not sure and call the 800#. No apologies for lacking services or offer a call back because they don't know as a banker, but insisted me to call the 800#. What is the spirit of customer service?? They had none. Why does this bank just use robots instead paying these people don't care about providing customer services. Experience I've with US bank overall, 5 thumbs down!!
