Poor customer service. I opened a new acct and the lady's first question if I am an American Citizen. That's insulting! When did you need to be US Citizen to open an acct. MS. NA? You need to learn how to be polite and smile to customers.

On Saturday, 09/05/2020 I spoke with morgage specialist AMARIS. She was amazingly helpful, very professional, and conducted the prodical to verify that I was athorized to access the account. This is a person who takes pride in her work. I will be using her more often. The Torrance Branch has always been a great branch to bank in. I would recommend this branch highly.

Probably one of the worst chase banks I've been to. Bank teller I spoke to was rude and condescending. After finding the information I wanted she just started to lecture me about money and tried to make me get a chase credit card. Her attitude and words were inappropriate and she should know that no matter how old a customer is you should treat them all with the same amount of respect. I will do my best to never come here again.

I like the staff they are very friendly, very professional and very helpful. I like the fact that you don't have to stand in line and you can just use the machine inside for big transactions. The parking lot is a good size.

The staff is very professional and ttrat customers with a happy attitude to get their transactions done and with the most efficient and accurate quality. They have an area with water and disposable cups for those who are interested in getting a quick drink and some times they even have cookies and candy too. They have this ATM type machines inside the bank that are taking place instead of the tellers at the windows for automatic transactions
