Went into the club approximately 2:00 pm on Sunday 10/9. I was directed to leave my shoulder bag at the front desk. This bag contains my medication and medical supplies. It was interesting to see that I as a male was required to surrender my bag while there was a lot of women walking around with purses larger than mine. Really sounds like profiling to me. I have never had to surrender it before and I have been carrying it for 5 years. Sure wish I paid more attention to get her name

While I love the store curbside pickup is terrible. Not because of the workers but because BJ's has failed to do anything about the people who park their cars in the curbside pickup and then go straight to the Casino. This makes most to all the curbside spaces unusabl. It needs to be setup so that unattended vehicles are towed at the owners expense. They will not stop doing if there are no consequences for the bad behavior. Or you could make that parking lane a drive through lane with no defined parking lanes so those who want to park will have to find another spot to park.

I love the convenience of online ordering and pickup. They are a little slow with bringing it to my car so I go in to get it. Overall, great shopping experience!!

I have noticed a lot of good changes and improvements!! The deli and meat department employees are much better!! Things are definitely picking up and best of all employees seem happier and are more attentive. 😊

This club refuses to honor its coupons on deli goods. The coupon states you get a certain amount of 1lb of meat, not explicitly stating in the fine print that it has to be all 1 type of meat. If I get a cumulative pound of 2 meats that are priced the same, that should qualify for coupon use. This is the only club I've been to that doesn't do this.

Run! Run as fast as you can away from this location and from BJ'S in general. You will have much better luck with Costco or even sam's club for that matter. 3 times now we have been given expired products for our pickup order. Management is horrible, they never reach out to fix issues with expired products and customer service issues. Still waiting to hear back from issues I called about 2+ weeks ago, on hold currently with customer service and getting the run around. Do not waste your time, go somewhere else. Take my word for it, you will absolutely regret getting a membership here.

I love this place ! Not only have I saved $2,000 since starting to do all My grocery shopping there (given the 5% cash back due to my membership and credit card AND the amazing discounts), but I love how the customer service is always top notch ! Feels like family. For example - Last halloweeen I had A last-minute costume issue for my three boys for Halloween and I called in to see what Halloween costumes they had available and one of the ladies asked me what my children sizes were (!) and she actually went out on the floor and took an inventory of all types of superhero costumes! As if that wasn’t enough she also held some of them for me until my kids could come see them later that afternoon!Wow ! Would never get that kind of treatment at Walmart . My grandmother loved her BJS in Fairfax and was a member there for 30+ years, now I am carrying on the legacy. Please stay true to your values BJS !

I had to return a faulty product yesterday. The clerk, Kayla, was just awesome. Addressed all issues and as nice and professional as could be. The manager was also super. Best customer service I have seen in years. Thank you so much. Nice to feel like you are a valued customer somewhere these days.

My favorite find here are these Lacey’s dark chocolate crisps I cannot put them down. I have also found a ton of great deals such as you can find at Costco or Sams Club but this is close and convenient with IMO a lot more options than other places.

Their bakery is the worst! I ordered a cake for my family reunion and none of the instructions were followed. I asked for a cake with sea blue icing and coral writing. They told me they could do teal blue and pink writing/trimming. Instead I received a plain cake with orange trimming and messy blue writing. No decorations or flowers. Usually decorators make the cake pop with embellishments. Not here.
