Terribly understaffed. Literally one cashier working one mobile order, one in person over and over. Then both exterior doors locked for some reason and people couldn't get in. Workers did nothing.

When I went in cashier was rude she had no till to open this was at 3pm. Drive thru no credit card. Manager acted like I was bothering her

The workers are absolutely rude there. We had a small order and still cant get it right. They are rushing you to order and hurrying you at the window. When going into lobby because doors are unlocked and open they dont speak to you except your not suppose to be in there. Very sad service tonight.

It's okay, but in comparison to other food options in the area, it doesn't compare. The fried chicken sandwich cost me as much as my co workers entire meal, which included a drink nuggets burger and ff. The sandwich was seriously lacking. I would have rather had a strawberry frosty for lunch and called it a day if I would have know how skimpy the sandwich would be; from the tiny piece of chicken, one tomato which looked to be the top piece of mater (stem side) amd nothing else but mayo - a ton if it! It was ready by the time I paid. So I'm assuming everything was already ready when I ordered. Most likely won't be back for a while. The breakfast bacinator sandwich I had a few weeks prior was consistent on flavor and size, however it is also over priced IMO. 3 stars for consistency but not based on much else.

First time eating at this wendy's. I usually rate 5 star but when I went to use the restroom it need it some attention. Everything else was fine. Hope that the next time I visit I can give a 5 start. Kid-friendliness: It a place where you can bring kids. Parking: Enough parking and clean

Screwed order up sign said lobby open between x hour and x hour but it was closed so had to go back through the drive thru to fix my order

I stopped eating here 10yrs ago as food was awful and I never got correct order. I gave it another go when the new advertising came out about the fries. It's been hit and miss on them being hot and crsipy. Today I dropped in to order my sons dinner before going to my second job. My son calls saying his burger which was only suppose to have ketchup and cheese only was wrong. I am now at work and can't fix this. I paid just under $16.00 for soggy fries and a burger my son can't eat. Mondays my autistic son loves to have his burger and fries. I won't be home for a couple of hours and no doubt my boy will be calling me several times because he is hungry. I am not trying to be a Karen but how hard is it to serve a plain cheese burger and crispy fries like the advertisement says instead of warm soggy fries that have been sitting under a light too long. Now I will not be coming back here again as it is just not reliable. I will say the staff are lovely. So I rate this place a 1 on the food but a solid 5 for the people. Sorry Wendy's I am done. Maybe franchise owner should look at the reviews! I never wrote reviews that are negative but money is tight and this is a luxury for us. Disappointed!!!!

This location is hit or miss, but mostly miss. Drink sizes magically change from one visit to the next. Drive thru workers are rude and lie about said drink sizes. You'll never get the sauce you order and you'll be lucky if your fries are fresh. Be careful if you order a diet soda as you'll probably get regular.

Normally they do fine and I have no complaints. Maybe it was lunch rush but this time they let this slip past. I was already home so I didn't go back.
