I set an appointment for 10am, dropped it off at 9:50 and the mechanic told me it would take 2 hours. so I come back 2 hours later and they hadn’t even started it. now i’m sitting here waiting for an hour and a half. what is the point of making an appointment if they don’t even start until you have to check back on it later?? don’t go here if you have a schedule to stick to Service: Wheel alignment

In February I paid almost 900 dollars for brakes on my vehicle. After picking it up, it was making a horrible squealing noise. Took it back and they said brake pads need to be resurfaced! I will not be going back to this location.

Apparently I arrived at my local Firestone at the wrong time. The first give away was the young lady at the register shoving pizza in her mouth and making a very unhappy sound when see saw me. I would have given her a minute to consume the mouthful, but she went ahead and asked me "what do I need " with a grunt. I was in the need of an inspection on a used vehicle that I recently purchased. There was several items that I wanted done,as well as check for safety. My wife and I both have brought our vehicles here in the past and spent many a hard earned dollar here. Always treated with the most respect, and courtesy. To the point, directed friends and family there as well. Having done my own mechanical work in the past, several years ago. I trust the mechanics there, never a problem or misguided direction given. So my problem, well Firestone problem is now there customer service. Sad to say...

I went in to ask a simple question and within a minute I was bombarded with very snappy and rude answers. I understand if you are having a bad day, but there is no excuse for being rude for no reason to a potential customer. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will not be recommending this facility. Hopefully everyone else has better experiences.

Absolutely phenomenal service at this shop! Georgette checked me in after I explained that a local dealership (I won’t say the name) advised I needed new brakes and rotors in addition to the hub & bearings for the front that were bad. The Firestone techs did a brake inspection-no brakes or rotors needed! 😳 Appreciate their honesty by advising me properly and not taking my hard earned $$! Highly recommend this location for all your auto service needs!

Our 19-yo had a flat tire. Luckily it was about 1000-yards from Firestone. I responded, took the tire off and took it to Firestone. Within 15-minutes I had a brand new tire mounted (and at a reasonable price). 5-minutes later I installed the tire and the 19-yo was able to make her college class. THANKS!

I had a flat tire and needed a new one. I explained to the lady at front I was from out of town with 3 babies in the car. It was Friday and I called from the highway to let them know I was coming. They said ok. When I got there on a Friday at 6 pm the lady at front said she didn’t know what I was talking about and she sent her technician home and shut the air off. This was 6 pm and the store was supposed to close at 7. Obviously she didn’t care.

I was able to show up without an appointment and get work done on my car quickly. They have a very friendly staff. The young lady working there even found some online coupons to save me some money on my repairs. I was also allowed to wait in the lobby while the work was getting done.

Never again. Had an oil change and inspection before we went on vacation. Got 600 miles away before we realized the "mechanic" neglected to put the oil fil cap back on and the engine catch pan was missing screws! Now stuck in Kentucky trying to fix this and determine if there is any damage.
