i was wondering why the chicken sandwich was so salty? so i pilled it to exposed the meat and quickly found out why. it smelled like really old and stale meat. very unwelcome smell

We bought Jack-In-the-Box for our son, 12, ASD, (autistic kids sometimes have sensory issues.) He enjoyed the plain cheeseburger no extras. The burger was made correctly. Makes a parent happy to see your child enjoy a cheeseburger that they can eat while being away from the home.

The best food and the prices are amazing! The chicken in the teriyaki bowl was tender and the vegetables were crisp! The loaded fries had the perfect amount of everything sprinkled throughout the fries! The cook should get a raise! Quite the surprise for a roadside fast food restaurant. Thank you!

The service is good and fast , located on Indian Canyon and the 10 fwy almost passed it because it looks more like a Ross dress for less. I'm not complaining we need better looking Jack in the boxes after all this is Palm Springs !

It's Jbox so you know what the food is and you know what you're going to get. So what it boils down to is customer service unfortunately it's not very good at this box....

Order # 191. I went through the drive thru today ordered the #15 and got the #6 so the manager Christine first apologized for the mistake and not only did she make my order fresh she also gave me the price difference.. I have been in the customer service industry for 25 years and she nailed it. The place was very clean, for was fresh and delicious, and her crew was on point..Thanks for the great experience, it was refreshing.. Keep up the great work store # 3388

Dining room and just the inside was closed the last 2 of if 3 times I've been there. If you're that worried about catching something just close/ shut down and stay home! I will never go back again. Huge disappointment. The 1 time they were open I ended up leaving because the customer service was HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and just go across the street. Everything is open over there. And they are happy to serve you

Half mask some mask. yet you walk in here, and it's a closed off. entrance through one door and exit another. just lazy. using covid as an excuse so they don't need to clean. if you all don't want to work..... why are you even open?!?!?!? bad business. as a truck driver..... this was a first. stop using covid as an excuse. all around this area.... its open in full. shame! shame! shame! I'll take my money elsewhere. I give this place 👎👎👎👎👎 if you all are sick from covid..... Why are you open????? photo shows a restaurant similar, opened for business.
