So honest. So kind. So fast. Had front brakes installed in my Subaru for $300. Thought it was a bargain. They called me later stating they had overcharged me for labor and refunded me a portion of the fee. You won’t find this honesty and pricing just anywhere. Amazing.

Brought my car in for an inspection. The car failed do to worn control arms it was totally legit. I asked how much to fix it they quoted me over 650.00 dollars so I had my son in law fix it for 250 dollars. I brought it back to get my sticker and it was past the date so they reinspected it. They told me I needed new wiper blades all of a sudden when he just put new ones on 3 months ago. I guess they just had to charge me for something and why didn’t they say they were bad the first time around. I can see they just lie to people to make money some how it’s sad that they operate like that. I WILL NEVER EVER go back there and I WILL TELL EVERYONE not to go there

I was recently told by a different mechanic that I had over $700 worth of repairs that I needed for my car. Western Auto told me that wasn’t true and I spent less than $300. They were quick and kind! Will definitely return in the future!

Waste of time. I went in for an inspection, they gave me a number and waited 2 hours. I noticed that they were taking people ahead of me for the same service, an inspection. When I questioned them the gentleman said he called for people that were around and made a mistake. Well I was sitting there and expected my car to be done in turn. Needless-to say, I went to Firestone and got quick service.

I like going to Western Auto. It's locally owned and feels that way. They will always try to accommodate you if you are short on time, etc. Prices are reasonable, and much cheaper than the dealership.
