Absolutely phenomenal service at this shop! Georgette checked me in after I explained that a local dealership (I won’t say the name) advised I needed new brakes and rotors in addition to the hub & bearings for the front that were bad. The Firestone techs did a brake inspection-no brakes or rotors needed! 😳 Appreciate their honesty by advising me properly and not taking my hard earned $$!
