Yuan met me at the door. Asked me what was wrong. My SIM card had gotten stuck in phone. Even though I didn’t have insurance, he went back and talked to tech guy to see if there was anything he could do. Turns out there wasn’t. So I asked how did upgrades work. Could I turn phone in like this? He went to work on his pad and came up with an upgrade with a better monthly deal than I already had. Great employee. You need more reps like Yuan.

We had a very pleasant experience today purchasing new phones. Our customer service representative, Joy, was so nice and extremely helpful to us. With us being older and not very tech savvy, she was so patient, and any way she could help us she did!

I had a bad week and to top it off I was locked out of my ICloud.. Me and my husband are long time customers and enjoy the store that is managed by Mike. But today was one of the days, in which, I received customer service beyond measure . Not only were we (as always) greeted from the time we got in the store, but we were treated special throughout the time we were there. The issue I had with my phone was something that would take awhile to be fixed and only Apple could fix it. But the smart thinking and persistence of Zoe, she was able to fix my issue which would have cost me a lot of time, money and grief. I’ m beyond thankful for the customer service I experienced today from Zoe, Manager MIKE and the trainer (wish I would have gotten gotten his name) but he know who is is ☺️. Thanks for making me forgot all the bad things that happened this week with your outstanding customer service, professionalism and kindness ❤️.

This place saved the day. I am here visiting and had a cracked phone that stopped working. I came in an hour before closing and they were able to repair my phone and get me out the door in 45 minutes. I really needed my phone for this business trip. All staff, repair team and sales team, were extremely friendly and efficient. Well done Sprint..great store
