Salesperson was able to help me with my request for a small sofa and a recliner that would match it. I live in a very small studio apartment. I would of given 5 stars but the salesperson asked if I wanted stain protection ( why isn’t this automatically put into the product)? I told her no and she said, Are you sure, I know this comes from management and sales is trying to push it as it’s a lot of profit but I always feel like I’m paying into some protection racket when they try to up sell these kind of things. So now it’s twice she was told no. I agree to purchase the products and she said she’s going to check with the person in charge of delivery that it can be delivered as promised. She introduces me to him and asks him if it will be delivered and by the way, he (me) doesn’t want the stain protection. Now he goes into a sales pitch about what a great deal it is and I finally cut him off and say for the fourth time, I am not interested! So many salespeople are being taught to sell like this and most people realize that this is what they are supposed to do but I’m just tired of it. I was probably 1 sentence away from canceling my order and I think they finally realized it and I was able to get away.

Stopped in to check out the prices, I was surprised to see how reasonable they were. I found some of the same furniture at Bob's that I saw at another store for half the price, and the delivery fee was much less, for a further delivery. Mike the sales person was great. He was very friendly and professional. He had expert knowledge of all the furniture, and he did not pressure us. I highly recommend Bob's furniture if you're looking for quality furniture for a reasonable price.

4 stars for the service, the salesman was very knowledgeable and kind very professional and took his time paying attention with our questions and our needs. Financing was a piece of cake! Only reason I did not give a 5 star review is the Price! This was supposed to be a discount store but I feel there was no big difference in the price I did shop around and well I decided to go with bobs discount store because of the salesman and because I literally had the chance to test out the sectionals. My hubby got what he wanted I well I guess you could say came pretty close to it lol!

I purchased a mattress for my grandchild and my daughter and son-in-law had purchased a couch and coffee table earlier in the week. All sales people on the floor were wonderful; very professional, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Even the men in the pick & loading area were wonderful. Their level of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommended!

I was needing a simple box frame for a new mattress we got elsewhere. Employees were helpful on the phone and we ended up driving down there to pick one up since they were the cheapest option. All employees had a smile on their face and were happy to help, even with the simple thing that I needed. I was in and out of there in 30 mins including them loading the box spring into my truck. I appreciate the good experience I had there.

Bob's is always our family's first choice. Great selection and great prices ESPECIALLY the Discount Outlet Section. We recently received EXCELLENT customer service from our sales rep Alexis P. she was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The following day I called due to pickup and Jenna and went above and beyond to assist me as well as provide a few helpful suggestions.

I was greeted as soon as I enter the store by a friendly salesperson! I told him what I needed and he directed me to the right dept. I was then greeted by another friendly salesperson. Within 10 minutes I found what I needed at an awesome price. Adrian the salesperson was so very helpful. Bob is my go to store from now on!!

My first time shopping Bob's Furniture Store. I appreciated that I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and that everyone I encountered acknowledged me and my family and asked if we needed help. We came looking for bed frames. Although nothing jumped out at us for bed frames we did however find a reclining chair for my mom in the discounted section. Buying it was a fast and easy process. Picking it was also easy. I would have given 5 starts if there was more modern designs in the bedroom furniture section. But I will definitely be returning in the future for smaller pieces.

Absolutely the Best Shopping experience ever! And I've done my fair share in my time. But this time, I was just browsing the store I've never been too. Only difference was the salesmen Jorge. He made a huge difference in my shopping experience. And honestly the only reason I walked out of there with a new sofa. Yeah I had thought of replacing my old sofa but not that day but I felt so comfortable and welcomed with Jorge that I was sold into buying right then and there. He was genuine,friendly and informative. A+++ to Jorge!! I'll be back for anymore of my home furnishing needs.
