Horrible customer service they was supposed to do a payment arrangement they gave me an amount I called back the next day the change the amount the no class unprofessional girl Ebony had a smart mouth was disrespectful declined me the right to speak to the original person who set up my payment arrangement and because she was being disrespectful and I would not let her disrespect me she wouldn’t let me do an arrangement anymore I do not recommend going to Aaron’s

I got a HP All In one PC desktop from here, I usually go to the one on Warwick which is the best Rent-A-Center in Virginia, to pick this computer up. It was 40 min drive and I picked the computer up and drove another 40 min back and realize when I set this computer up in my house that this Rent-A-Center did not even reset it from the previous owner. The next day I drove again 40 min to take it back so it can get reset which it took a whole day so the employee can reset it. I picked it up on the third day and they place it in my car but didn’t even gave me the power cord with it. This is the absolutely the worst Rent-A-Center I’ve been in. I’ve payed all my bills on time and cause no issues but the employees and especially the manager named Carmen don’t know what they are doing. Thank to the Rent-A-Center in Warwick helped and get a better PC. To anyone reading this don’t go to this location. If I can I would give this no stars.

EXCELLENT customer service! Beyond excellent! Randy and Ty took care of me right away with no hesitation after I had a horrible experience with Rent A Center Denbigh location!! Orderd my stuff within an hour. Superb customer service! Very thoughtful, thorough and altogether wonderful! Shop here! You will not regret it! After the experience I had these people were a breeze! Thank God I’ll now have a bed to sleep on soon!!!!!

I change my mine not happy with them they Wanna threaten me And then try to call me in January but they don't call me in December but if you wanna get services with them don't I recommend Aaron's better
