Fantastic large store w/ a nice, well dressed man opening the door, helping customers. Store had huge quantities of items I've never seen in DT before. Cashier was friendly also. I'll go by here regularly for all sorts of great treasures.. ~Marjie

Went into the club approximately 2:00 pm on Sunday 10/9. I was directed to leave my shoulder bag at the front desk. This bag contains my medication and medical supplies. It was interesting to see that I as a male was required to surrender my bag while there was a lot of women walking around with purses larger than mine. Really sounds like profiling to me. I have never had to surrender it before and I have been carrying it for 5 years. Sure wish I paid more attention to get her name ~Bruce

Store was pretty much out of lunch meats and water. Had plenty of Great Value water and Sams Club but only small bottles of Deer Park. I also don't like the fact that this store is all self checkout!! All customers should get the employees discount for doing their jobs. ~gary

A nice honest quality driven shop owner. Sure sound has been In Business for many years. And has Always done a Quality job. Did a window tint job for me on a 2016 Toyota Corolla and everything is perfect, Will definitely return. His shop has installed several stereo systems in the past for me and has always do e a nice job. ~Chris

Cricket is a great place to shop in downtown Hampton. The owner, Kitty is such a delight, it's always fun to go in and just look around. Of course I always find something! ~SHIRLEY

The place has slightly higher than average regular gas but over a dollar higher average for mid or premium. Shady tactics. Go down the road and there are other stations with honest pricing. ~Seth

I ordered a combo meal. Instead of a drink I got a frosty. The drive-thru attendant ask me did I want chocolate or strawberry, I said chocolate. I paid for my food, said thank you to the not so friendly cashier, and drove off. I got home, ate my food, the burger and fries were good, frosty was good until I reached the bottom. The bottom was filled with strawberry (unbelievable). I was like, "why is strawberry n the bottom and I specifically asked for chocolate". The only thing that made since to me was they started filling the cup with strawberry and remembered I said chocolate and didn't want to get another cup and decided to put the chocolate over the strawberry in hopes of hiding it. Four things I thought immediately and they should have thought of as well. 1: I the customer asked for chocolate and that's what I should have received. 2. What if I was allergic to strawberry. 3. What if I had an allergic reaction from it. 4. Why couldn't I had just gotten what I paid and asked for. I know they're busy with so many orders from the drive thru, but sometimes I feel that some workers (not all) feels that it's okay to make a mistake and not correct it because most people won't go all the back to return it anyway. Everyone is on edge these days, because of the pandemic, inflation, gas etc. But remember small things matter too, especially when it can affect your health and life. Just be conscious of others. I'm not mad or upset, I love Wendy's and just wanted to make them aware. ~Angela
