Horrible and unprofessional manager at this establishment. I ordered fresh "no salt" fries with my meal via my Wendy's mobile app. However, upon approaching the window to pay for my order the cashier handed me my bag. After examining it, I tasted them, and immediately asked the cashier can I please have some "no salt" fries. The cashier informed me that it'll be a few minutes to cook them, and I told her I'd wait. After the fries were given to me, I noticed the fries were not fresh. From my understanding, the "manager" supposedly cooked my fries. I was instructed to drive around to the front door of the restaurant. This is where the drama comes in. The manager abruptly opens the front door of the restaurant and yells across the breezeway to my car and said, "What's wrong with the fries? I told her they were not fresh. She said, (in a authoritative and argumentative voice). "The fries are fresh because I dropped them!" I failed to get into a back-and-forth verbal hollering match with her, so I told her to keep the fries. I immediately drove off and decided to file a complaint against this manager. However, my grievance with this manager, and its store personnel have fallen on deaf ears. This manager missed the mark in terms of maintaining the integrity of thr Wendy's brand; she fails to maintain a professional decorum between restaurant staff, customers, and the like. Your employees are a direct reflection of you. In order for this restaurant to survive and thrive, management needs to improve quality control in the aforementioned areas. ~Antonio

Information online repeatedly claims this business is open at 7 am, repeated visits at 8 am with locked doors and no staff even remotely close to being present indicates that this is a lie. If you aren't open at 7, then you just aren't open at 7. Lying about this isn't helping anybody. ~Valentine

Horrible experience here. 6:45 in the morning one person working. There is no breakfast items up. I purchased a large coffee and a Red Bull. I had a little cup that was empty also. He charged me $1.59 when I asked he states very rudely “I have to pay for the cups so do you”. Corporate please address this man or manager or whoever he is an empty cup shouldn’t cost someone $1.59. Sick to think how low down and desperate for money people are! ~MICKEY

I had never shopped at David’s Bridal before this purchase. First Yolanda in alterations fixed the issue I was having and did an amazing job! Second Camille made things right with me for my extra travel time in bringing the dress back! If more store had service like you’re Hampton store they would still be in business. Amazing gym with amazing people. I used to be very intimidated in small gyms, especially body building gyms, but seeing people who are working out right next to me that are also on the wall, posing in front of thousands of people during their competitions, it’s definitely motivating and humbling. I went to Chuck's to purchase a selfie-stick for a weekend trip. He helped me out. The stick required charging, so we couldn't see if it actually worked with my cell phone. He let me take it, so I could charge it and told me to pay him when I returned. Who does that in this day and age?! Awesome, friendly, funny, and courteous. A trip to his store for your camera needs will not be disappointing! Thanks so much Mr. Chuck! ~Tag

The meats are always fresh with a longer “sell by” date than most military base commissaries. The fresh fruit didn’t look as good but generally the fruit at the Norfolk and Virginia Beach commissaries look better. ~D
