I would give so many more stars if possible! Every person we interacted with were so kind and helpful. The selection and variety of dresses and accessories were great. I highly recommend this David's Bridal. Katlyn helped my daughter find her perfect dress. She was patient with my daughter, me and my mom as we looked and tried on dresses. Thank you for a great experience. She said yes to the dress!

Sasha is amazing. The store busy with multiple bridal guests at the same time but she gracefully attended to each of us. She was attentive, friendly and went out of her way to make sure i had exactly what i needed. She let me know about delivery times, alterations and other things i didn’t know to ask about. I would definitely go back to this location

Wow! Celebrating my 11th anniversary and Suzan Abdelmasih in Hampton was so patient, right by my side spoiling me with the sweetest spirit from the start. We found the most beautiful bridesmaid dress today for our wedding in less than three weeks!! Chris was able to work us in the same day to measure for alterations needed! The cost for the rush was very reasonable, $25. Everyone, from the time we started looking at dresses to measurements of the one we picked, was very courteous, extremely helpful, & made our day even more special! Thank you so much!!

Absolutely wonderful, every aspect was great! I would recommend Artina to anyone needing any kind of alterations and a good conversation on the side. The appointment was very thorough, checking my wants and needs the entire time. I felt comfortable enough to trust her with her ideas for my alterations and I’m so glad that I did. David's bridal was an excellent experience! My stylist was WONDERFUL! She had taken the time to check out my style profile and knew what I was looking for. She asked me lots of questions about my wedding to get an idea of what type of dress I would like best. She was gentle, extremely sweet and encouraging. I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of. She showed me several dresses that were in my very specific budget and was very thoughtful about not showing me dresses that I couldn't afford. I highly recommend this shop! They made dress shopping easy and relaxed.

I had the best experience at my alterations appointment. I was nervous at first but Hanan made me feel comfortable. She was amazing. She offered me alternatives and was so helpful. My dress looks exactly how i imagined it would. I can’t wait to see to see it when the alterations are finished.I would recommend David’s Bridal Alterations and Hanan personally to everyone!

The staff at this David’s Bridal store is nothing short of excellent in their attention and care! I was a very anxious bride in finding my dress and had bought one on the spot here. After seeing my venue and spending sleepless nights second guessing myself I returned my dress and the staff were so understanding and put me at ease. They found the perfect dress for me! I walked out feeling confident and excited for the big day. I was very hesitant to do alterations with any David’s Bridal store since the reviews out there are every brides nightmare. After a horrible experience getting a price with a rude local seamstress, I decided to go back here and scheduled a customer care appt for a quote on alterations. Yolanda was extremely professional and showered me with so much kindness and care! She explained in detail all the work that would be done and gave me a very reasonable price. I know my dress is in great hands! I can’t wait to see the finished look. Trust me, you will be a HAPPY bride coming here!

I had never shopped at David’s Bridal before this purchase. First Yolanda in alterations fixed the issue I was having and did an amazing job! Second Camille made things right with me for my extra travel time in bringing the dress back! If more store had service like you’re Hampton store they would still be in business. Thank you both my granddaughter is going to look beautiful in her prom dress.
