The store on south parkway in Huntsville has an employee that is completely useless to deal with. I think his name is Daniel S. asian guy. Seems like I always have to get him when I come in. Constantly getting the wrong parts and he tries to argue with me about what I need. I was looking at a new ignition coil for my 64 ford and I decided not to get it right now. I asked him if he could take one of the nuts off so we can compare it to get some new ones. He told me he couldn't take the nuts off because this coil was expensive and came from the back room so it was special. I asked him if the size was listed in the computer. He couldn't find it. He went and found some nuts on the shelf. I asked if I could take one out of the pack and try to screw it onto the exposed threads on the coil to be sure they were the right size. Again he told me no. I'm not sure where this comes from because one of the things I love about autozone is they always seem to be so understanding and helpful when it comes to things like this. I am so tired of this employee, if I have to deal with him again I will stop using autozone to buy my parts. Makes working on my cars ten times harder than it needs to be.

Recently, I had a knee replaced and stopped by O'Reilly for an air filter. To my surprise, they would not help my crippled butt install. Thank goodness for the helpful folks at Auto Zone a couple of blocks away. They are now my new "Go To" parts store.

I visited during a rainy day with a blowed headlight. Apparently it’s was pretty difficult to get changed, but Taylor and a few others in the store were dedicated to making sure it worked and my issues were resolved. Great customer service here!!

My experience was Excellent! Thought I had a problem with my battery. But the lady (sorry didn't ask her name) CK battery & said it was fine. She said if you don't have your key close or in the car your car won't start! I thought anything might be wrong but the keys close I didn't know 😊 Thanks so much for telling me. I usually always have them in the car.

I came in with a no crank no start issue. I fiqured it was just a dead battery. Taylor Cox helped me figure out that the alternator went out and that the battery could just be recharge. I’m just grateful for smart, honest and helpful employees like Taylor. Will stick with this store from now on. Ended up saving some money thanks to him.

I needed to return a tool rental- held onto it for too long and lost the receipt. Mr Taylor Cox was able to pull my previous purchases to see I had rented said tool. He put that money on a card for me. Then looked up and chased down a couple of big ole diesel parts. Even helped me out to the truck with it all afterwards. Knowledgeable employee and friendly experience.

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to after today. Taylor blew me away with his knowledge on Ford Trucks and SUV’s. Most of the time I feel like I know more then the guy across the counter but not today!

I have never had anything but great experiences at this AutoZone location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always more than happy to assist with your needs period and being a single female deerling with car issues, that can be a very scary situation but the guys at AutoZone make hit all a comforting experience. I would definitely recommend this store for all your auto needs!
