Just recently joined. Tonight there was someone's kids 2 of them that were well under age running around playing on things stepping on people tredmills and making lots of noise. No one stopped them.makes me think they belong to an employee

I was visiting a friend down in Huntsville AL for a couple weeks, and this gym was easily accessible. Being in the military I need to maintain some form of physical fitness even away from station so having a cheap but very well taken care of gym made my stay so much nicer. I had an incredible encounter with one of the staff members there her name was Rachel. She assisted me with the process of paying for the day by day payments and tried to sell me the membership and believe when I say I was almost sold. I would've definitely taken it if I lived here or near a planet fitness near station. She went above and beyond what I expected of anyone assisting me. On top of assisting me she assisted other customers, while also maintaining the gym by keeping it clean. 10/10 will come here again my next visit down.

Friendly and happy staff, with an incredible amount of equipment and space for the price. Could use a little more cleaning and sanitation, but that goes with the territory of such high demand at peak hours.

I am absolutely impressed with general cleanliness of the entire gym. All of the staff friendly and helpful. The manager (Stephanie) is a great leader who is responsive and leads by example. She can’t walk very far without finding a machine to turn off. Especially note worthy is a young staff member name Trey, he is very polite, helpful and extremely hardworking. My experience at Planet has been beyond positive and I recommend to anyone who serious about a good exercise experience in a clean and friendly environment.

The facility is big enough to were even if you're self-conscious about working out you still have enough room to workout without being too close to someone. I met with a trainer even though he's not there anymore he was AMAZING. It's always clean and I enjoy going.

I recently moved to Alabama and made this my home gym for my black card membership. I work out here about 3-4 times per week usually later in the evening, and I am always impressed with the cleanliness and availability of staff. I have never experienced a machine that has been out of service for repair, so it seems that they get any breakdowns addressed in a timely manner. One big thing that I am really impressed with is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and lockers. My interactions with the staff are always pleasant and they get whatever I need done taken care of efficiently. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to workout that is cost effective and clean.

Update ( ,i didnt mention Shower leaks ,low pressure and not very hot water, I did alert the staff But still the same.) I will mention it here Shower was not very clean on the 4rth Lots of hair in drain ,alot My absolute favorite planet fitness I got the names of 5 young people that work here, Michaela,Nate,Unique,Isabella,Bradley It was last night Reason i mention them They are fantastic. Super friendly ,made me feel welcome The showers here are the best In any ive seen Super large showers
