Matrix Gym
We just had my sons 4th birthday party at Matrix Gym and everyone had THE BEST TIME thanks to COACH ALEX. He made sure everything was set up so the party could go smoothly and helped us with anything we asked. Coach Alex went above and beyond and constructed an AMAZING obstacle course for the kids and even passed out some medals making the kids feel extra special! Thank you for making my kiddos birthday party awesome. ~Emily

I am so glad I found this gym. Heidi and Deven are great - super knowledgeable and personable. They offer small group training, ensuring everyone gets the direction and coaching they need. Everyone at this gym is fantastic - truly one of the best gym atmospheres I've experienced. I'm super pleased with the progress I've made physically since joining last summer. I'm only posting this because there was no email that was sent out stating that the policy was changing. I've been doing a WERQ class with my friend here who is a member, paying $10 a class. I usually only go twice a month because I live about 25 minutes away and not worth paying the monthly membership fee when I can't go everyday. We show up for the class (of course we carpooled) and as I was getting ready to pay, I was told the policy had changed that exact day. Then she asked for my name, looked at the computer (probably noting how many times I had paid for classses) and told me that I was not able to attend the class, due to the fact that people were just paying for the classes and not joining. I was also told that the reason for this policy was to control the volume of people coming in during the Summer however, it was not summertime yet. Being military, they do give a military discount, which is very generous and greatly appreciated. I believe it's $55/month. So even if I came 4 times a month, they would only lose $5. So, why not just raise the prices to attend the class as a non-member? I don't care if you change your policy, as a company owner I understand you need to adjust your policies in order to profit. In my opinion, a statement sent out to the members and non-members stating that the policy is changing would have been the more professional route to go. So, since I had an hour to spare waiting for my friend to get done with the class, I decided to write this review. If I wanted non-members to join, I sure wouldn't turn them away at the door if they wanted to attend a class. I would, at the very least, explain the situation and inform the person this would be the last time they would be able to attend the class as a non-member. I hope you change the policies and procedures on how to address non-members. If I had one last warning I probably would have joined. Instead, I was told I had to pay $66 that day, or I couldn't attend the class. Oh, and she would waive the sign up fee! ~alysia

I am so happy they take constructive input. The place has been reformed. They have great customer service. The locker rooms are serviced regualrly so they are clean and nice. The equipment is clean and serviced. Great no-nponsense gym for those that just want to train. ~Dr
Planet Fitness
I was visiting a friend down in Huntsville AL for a couple weeks, and this gym was easily accessible. Being in the military I need to maintain some form of physical fitness even away from station so having a cheap but very well taken care of gym made my stay so much nicer. I had an incredible encounter with one of the staff members there her name was Rachel. She assisted me with the process of paying for the day by day payments and tried to sell me the membership and believe when I say I was almost sold. I would've definitely taken it if I lived here or near a planet fitness near station. She went above and beyond what I expected of anyone assisting me. On top of assisting me she assisted other customers, while also maintaining the gym by keeping it clean. 10/10 will come here again my next visit down. ~Joshua

The employees greeted me with a hello and a smile, generously met my needs and we're very polite during my transaction. The store appeared cleaned and as well the shelves and drink coolers were stocked. The parking lot was well lit and as well appeared tidy. I didn't get fuel so I wasn't able to check how the pumps worked or to see if there was tools to clean your windshield. Loved the attendants attitude and smile! ~Tammy
Kroger Fuel Center
The older, short ,overweight unkept lady was rude and threatened to shut off the pump i was using. She said it was a safety violation to pump my 2 vehicles on the same pump. No where is it posted. I will be contacting corporate over this. You cannot make up your own rules and threaten customers. ~Brian

Some of the staff is great! but there is a manager up there that is rude as hell and you know who you are thinking your better than everybody and you aren't better than anybody keep that nose so far up in the air you gonna drown when it rains ~Ashley
U-Haul at Governors Dr
Amazing customer service from Chris! He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met! He explained all costs upfront and was very patient, especially since I arrived technically a minute after closing time. Thank you Chris for taking care of us! We will be back for any future needs! ~Jessica
