9 Best gas station in Huntsville, Alabama (AL) 2024

The employees greeted me with a hello and a smile, generously met my needs and we're very polite during my transaction. The store appeared cleaned and as well the shelves and drink coolers were stocked. The parking lot was well lit and as well appeared tidy. I didn't get fuel so I wasn't able to check how the pumps worked or to see if there was tools to clean your windshield. Loved the attendants attitude and smile! ~Tammy

The older, short ,overweight unkept lady was rude and threatened to shut off the pump i was using. She said it was a safety violation to pump my 2 vehicles on the same pump. No where is it posted. I will be contacting corporate over this. You cannot make up your own rules and threaten customers. ~Brian

I'm going to get my gas here as often as possible! Today had a breakdown in their lot and was treated so kindly, and watched the staff really going above and beyond for several people while I awaited rescue from family. I am so touched by the way they approach total strangers, especially when it was so crowded. I've never visited a friendlier, more helpful establishment. I'll be back again and again! This is one of the better Mapco locations as long as you don’t go during rush hour. The location is convenient, just be careful when turning into it from Highway 72 on the leaving Huntsville side. ~Ryan

The clerk was friendly but that was it. This is the closest gas station for me to walk to and none of the streets leading us to this store had side walls until I got to the intersection's cross walk and then this store has no clear and effective way to walk on to the property without getting ran over by a car because the property separates from the corner and sits far off of it. On top of that, they don't accept food stamps here. I always say that when you spend your money you vote with your dollars, your money is your voice and this place doesn't accept them. This city is awful, the people are okay, but this city is dysfunctional and I'm ashamed to be here. I have these experiences often here. ~Lawrence

Very pleasant people. Good wine selection. Large coolers for lots of chilled wines. Some varieties at six bucks and change for a 1.5 liter bottle! ~Brad

I go here all the time. You're greeted when you walk in the door by the amazing staff they have. Katrina and Nesha are two of the lovely ladies that work there. I wish I knew the others names. The store is always clean everyone's always friendly. They keep the hot food cooked very well. I recommend everybody to go here.. ~Kim

My review has been removed now three times for explaining in detail what the people who run this place are truly up to. Long story short, don't go here. Ladies, please be careful, be safe, be aware of your surroundings, and avoid this gas station at all cost. ~Alison

My favorite. Not a big station but nice, clean and friendly. They also have fresh fruits and hot sandwiches. Plenty of choice for drinks too. Their card payment option doesn't allow cash back tho. Lots of snacks too and products for smokers. ~Chris
