Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy behind the desk was more worried about playing some bingo lottery game on his phone then he was with my reservation. Had reservation confirmations and he still couldn’t locate any of my information and I basically had to do it all over again. They handed me the keys and said I don’t know which van it is it’s one of the ones in the lot you’ll find it. Never got off his stool the entire time. Heaven forbid he show me where the van was instead I had to wonder around the lot until I happened to find the one I was looking for. Super rude attitude and I find it ironic since he had a good vibes only sign on the desk. The store itself was filthy and dirty probably hasn’t been cleaned since it was opened. The overall experience here was horrible and would never recommend it to any one looking to move in the Huntsville area.

Rented a truck to move some furniture great customer service very informative. Everybody experience is different but I was in and out within 10 minutes and great prices will definitely be back .

I called Uhalls central answering service on Monday Jan 10th at about 6pm. The lady that took my call said that the Governor's Dr. In Huntsville was open until 7pm and I could get propane there.So I rushed there and arrived at 6:15.I went inside and the man told me that you the propane man would be back in 5 min. So I went back to my truck and waited after about 10 min. a small sports car came into the lot, the driver went inside and after a couple of mins. the driver came out and got back into his car and left the lot. I went back inside and the man told that the guy Bryan, was having problems and left early. The man told me that he couldn't pump propane. He wasn't certified. Now for the good part. When the man, Bryan, was told that I had been waiting on propane, He told the man inside to LIE to me and tell me they were out of propane. I had the man inside call the supervisor, Chris. I couldn't hear the conversation, because the inside man left the counter and went outside. Is this what UHaul is teaching their employees these days. If you don't want to deal with a paying customer, you simply LIE to them. If UHaul has a shred of decency, they will get rid of people like Bryan, and council Chris on teaching his people that behavior like what I experienced will not be tolerated.

Rented an 8 ft truck and found a cut up dope straw in the door when returning ... thank the gods we never got pulled over. Make sure your rental is CLEAN.

We were supposed to pick up a truck from a different location, self pickup. When we got there and attempted to do it the system told us to go to the desk. That location was closed until TUESDAY! We went to this location and Brian was able to help us get a truck in a timely fashion and was great about it. He even tried to help cancel the other reservation. Next time we need a truck I will be going to this location and hope Brian will be there again. Thank you so much Brian.

Have been going here to fill up propane. Today was met with the rudest service ever received anywhere. After requesting service, he kept saying "I don't know what to tell you". Ended up saying he didn't want our business. Never again. Hoping to contact the owner/manager next week.

I had a really good experience renting from this location for my out of state move. First, I reserved the wrong size truck. So I had to return to the location for a larger size. They were professional & very accommodating. After the truck was loaded, I returned to the location so they could attach my vehicle tow. Thanks for the great service!

So disappointed. Made my appointment and paid for it. Tried to call all week, could never get an answer. Showed up for my appointment, the guy at the desk looked shock. Told me he couldn't do it. I live an hour away and took off work to get this done, they didn't even call me! The guy spoke to me like I was nothing and that I inconvenienced him by showing up. Never again going to this horrible place.

They don't have dollys available and will act like it is not there problem. Had to spend 30 minutes on phone with customer service to address this issue. Tessa on the phone transferred me without even talking to me. This is absurd. I recommend trying another location or hiring a moving company....less trouble.
