Got a truck, picked it up with just at 1/4 of a tank glad I didn’t have to go far or I might have run out of gas. Returned it was told it was under a 1/4th a tank I needed to fill it or I would be charged $17 dollars. Disgusted I said just charge me I will leave. Upon further consideration and I returned and was told if I didn’t return it with a 1/4th a tank there is an additional $30 charge so it would be $47 dollars not fill it up. Had I not returned they were perfectly willing to charge me an additional $30 they did not disclose. Additionally they refused to tell me exactly how many gallons I needed to get to a fourth a tank. Finally they told me my bill was $91 dollars. When I ordered online it was advertised as $56 dollars. Disgusted I left. Upon review of an invoice they claimed I drove 34 miles in Huntsville. Not a chance. My fault for not reviewing mileage but I had spent an hour now attempting to return vehicle and just wanted to leave. Don’t recommend them at all. Also the truck sounded awful it was on its last leg.

They will give away your truck before you get there. However, they will find you a truck further away and then charge you full price! (Bonus is, you get to pay for additional truck mileage! ^.^)

I luckily walked in at the right time because this facility is popular and was booked up but I was able to get a 5x10 that fit my needs perfectly. The staff was extremely helpful making sure I had full access on moving items in on a stressful day. I utilized the month needed and made sure I cleared everything out. Turning in my access card was quick and easy while staff did check to make sure nothing was left.

Manager was nice and informative. But I didn't like how he tried to give me misinformation. Told me if I brought it back after hours I would be charged a $20 fee. But on the site it said if I checked it back in on the mobile site, it was no charge, if I checked in with a rep, it would be a charge. I challenged his wording and started to show the site and email then he adjusted his words. I've done this a few times so I know the routine.

Hours said open at 9 am on Sunday. We arrived before 9 am and stayed till 9:15 am where no phone calls were answered, no knocks on the door were heard, and probably nobody was there while my family and 2 others cars were waiting outside. Was not well received professionally. We cut our loses with this U-haul facilities staff, unhitched the trailer, and left it in their parking lot. I suggest you do the same if you encounter a similar situation with them. Reattempted to call the office again at 9:28 to notify we left the trailer, but still no answer.

The U-Haul service/courtesy/professionalism of the owner at this location (Rob?) is absolutely fantastic. There are several locations nearer to me but I'd go back to this one in a heartbeat. I've never used the storage so I can't rate that.
