I give this place a big fat 0!! Over 30 units broken into in one night!! Owner will not return phone calls and refuses to help. She admitted that the key coded gate wasn't working properly and it would stay open. One video camera and the images were so poor you couldn't even tell what kind of vehicle it was. I called Anniston police department and the responding officer never wrote anything down about what was stolen so I had to go to the police department to do a report. The officers response was "you will never see your stuff again, I'm sure some crack head has already sold it". The officer was there for over 2 hours and NEVER wrote anything down. I wouldn't trust this place AT ALL!! Tried to leave 0 🌟's but wouldn't let me!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Internal theft!!! After today, I will NEVER go back to this storage unit. Today I pulled in and was surrounded by customers asking me if my unit was broken to as well. The manager did not bother to call ANYONE NOT EVEN THE COPS TO REPORT THAT 32 UNITS were broken into last night. We all are missing items from units. We all called the manager and she refused to answer any questions or pick up. The units were broken into last night. And the manager finally showed her face around 5 pm the next day, would not talk to any customers and refused to claim any responsibility what so ever. This is poor management!

Owners steal your stuff!!! 0 out of 5 stars 30 + units got broken into last night and the manager is not willing to help at all she said that it is on you 2 find all your stuff after she's already locked all the doors with her own personal lock that you do not get a key for

I was able to get the storage unit I needed for all of my excess items. Perfect fit for my items before moving along with excellent price. The staff members were courteous and kind when I went in to enquire a out the unit. 👍🏾👍🏾

If I could write this 0 I would 32 units got broken to today and she's not willing to help anyone what she is doing is going around and putting her own locks on everybody else is personal stuff instead of contacting all the owners Sounds like internal theft would not recommend
