Worst store and service ever!! I was told in the store to not mention anything about buying my phone with best buy and then taking it to a different carrier. You don't tell the customer what to do. Its just wrong. Would not recommend Verizon to anyone. Buy your phone at best buy and take it to the cheapest carrier for $30 a month. Thats the way to do it.

Waited over 90 minutes and told no discounts except for $11.67 disc for my old phone. Full price for the Samsung fold or flip, ove been with VZW since before they were VZW, it's going on 35 years now. They never give me a break on anything despite promises. Totally disgusted with them!!!

Crowded took 5 hours to get my first ever Verizon pre paid phone and guy helping me had personality of a doormat. Was nice but didn't show me phone options I had to say what about this etc I COULD HAVE GOT I PHONE FOR WHAT I PAID FOR THIS PHONE..I never had I phone because so expensive but paid enough on this Motorola phone I could bought an I Phone KICKING MYSELF but he never offered me one I've never been in the store. It hit me when he was programing my phone after lunch..I got there first one in the door for the day .was there 5 hours...insane. Phone would not work I had to return twice to get it to function wouldn't take calls then wouldn't be let me use GPS THEY HAD TO CALL CORPORATE TO FIX IT ..my 3rd trip in 5 days to fix the phone. 3 of the 4 people were great one is in wrong line of work. He is too timid meek to be effective Busy work so doesn't have to wait on but one person his whole half day til went to lunch. Sold me charger plug in $45 THAT DOESNT Match a cord I've ever seen...case was clear plastics most basic you could ever see $40...no screen cover said don't have any my screen broke in 2 weeks I fell up stairs visiting Christmas day now I find NO INSURANCE HE NEVER OFFERED.... JUST NOT A GOOD Experience TO ME TO SWITCH FROM Straight TALK TO VERIZON PRE PAID and it's $25 a month more than straight talk..service on phone better but not much still bad internet in my home can't upload pics etc...

Absolutely terrible store. Money hungry workers. Went there to trade in my phone and they tried to up the price of my phone bill and add a bunch of unnecessary fees. Then told me all phones were on back order until December. When I asked about the anniston store they lied to me and told me they wouldn’t get any either. I called anniston just in case and sure enough they did have the phone I wanted and were a lot nicer about it

Young man that waited on me was very helpful, but here is my suggestion for Verizon. Next to each phone, why can't there be a placard listing all the following: Brand name, model number, all the features and buyout price vs monthly charge. And why have phones on the counter if they are not available or at least marked as such. What should be a pretty quick visit and decision gets delayed a lot longer than it should because this information is not in plain sight

They were really busy when we stopped by, but the manager (Tom?) still made sure we felt appreciated and that our time was valued. Him and one of the other workers were very kind and we will continue to shop here for our phone service.
