I'll update if anything changes when I return the rental, but so far I've been renting a full size 4 door truck for a month. The staff and Mgmt was exceptional in providing customer service like I've never experienced. The manager and the staff member were quick to call me and set it up, and they found me a truck in less then 2 hours. They picked me up at home and handled everything in the truck, I never had to even go inside. It was quick and painless

They worked directly with my insurance company and billing was easy and accurate. They let us drop off the car rental right at the body shop, which was very convenient because we didn't have to take two cars home. The staff was always incredibly helpful and friendly, both in person and on the phone. Thanks for making this a great experience!

I had such an amazing experience renting from the Okemos location! The staff was fast, friendly, & very knowledgeable! Sadiah made sure to explain everything to me & reassured my confidence with their clean pledge. I definitely will be renting from this location again!

The staff at our location that we picked up the rental car was very helpful. One concern was that the the car was not clean or sanitized in the back. The back of the car's arm rest was covered in ketchup packets. You could tell it was not cleaned at all. Upon return of the car to the rental location told them of this. The manager was in and was helpful when we explained the situation.

Always a good experience with the Okemos Enterprise location! Good employees, good cars. They were busy when we came to pick up, especially during this Covid-19 time and the extra measures they have to take but we only had to wait around 20 minutes to get our car. And drop off was seamless and quick. We won't use another rental company!
