I appreciate Prasanthi for taking the time to talk about the bad experience I had with a product I bought. I was offered to get a refund even after 10 days of buying the product. I understand sometimes quality control lacks either from the store staff or at the dealer’s side. She assured they are doing their best to stock products of utmost standard. I can't get allergy medicine for 30 days because of a pharmacists technological incompetence. If you purchase a medication that requires an ID check like Claratin-D from here, don't allow the pharmacist to try entering your alternate kroger ID number! Before I could even say no thanks, this pharmacist had already pressed the button, locked the transaction up due to some odd flaw in their system, and voided my transaction impatiently.. So we start over, except this time I get rejected because I signed for it moments ago. She than proceeds to act like I've purchased too much recently, when the reality is once you sign your name for these medications, the signature is sent to the federal government whether the transaction completes or not. The only way to correct these mishaps is to have the void transaction receipt the and call the 1-800 number on the receipt where they can verify if you actually purchased something or not. Because of this pharmacists impatient mistake and refusal to provide the voided recipt, I can't get allergy relief for at least 30 days now. You're a pharmacist, learn to use the computer systems. If the store clerk's can work it fine, you should be more than capable yourself. You just ruined a person with severe seasonal allergies holiday season. ~Tyler

When we moved into the area, we were concerned with finding a local store that carried our whiskey-an Irish Whiskey called “Teeling” (which is smooth as Johnnie Blue, for a fraction of the price, btw). The store owner not only made sure they had it upon our return, but has made sure it gets stocked weekly. He always knows what we want when we come in and is extremely friendly. We would drive twice as long if we had to, just to keep the relationship. ~Tim

Posting this simply to inform others about the quality of this nail salons work… Disclaimer: I have been to this nail salon multiple times, so this is NOT just a one time “mess up”. Despite the staff being very friendly… I would not waste your time or money at this salon; you’ll end up very disappointed. The pictures I posted below are the dip nails that I just recently got… they are thick, un-even, bumpy, see-through, etc. It sucks to spend good money on your nails for them to turn out like this… this shouldn’t be acceptable at all! Went to qd for donuts since my favorite bakery closed. I’ve heard people talk about how good they are and-how fresh they are. They didn’t disappoint! They are fresh, delicious and huge! And the cashier hooked me up with a qd card and it saved me a significant amount of money too! ~Julie

I'll update if anything changes when I return the rental, but so far I've been renting a full size 4 door truck for a month. The staff and Mgmt was exceptional in providing customer service like I've never experienced. The manager and the staff member were quick to call me and set it up, and they found me a truck in less then 2 hours. They picked me up at home and handled everything in the truck, I never had to even go inside. It was quick and painless ~Bee

Be careful if you go to this bank. I am considering switching soon. I have never been treated so poorly by a teller before! Ratni is a piece of work. She is very rude, and impatient, and I have difficulty understanding her English. She seems to be from India, and thus has a thick accent. I am not racist BY ANY MEANS, but when I ask her to repeat what she says, she treats me very poorly and gets ruder. She also never has a smile on her face. She always has a cold greeting. Now, I wouldn’t make such a big deal out of it if it had only happened once. Everyone has a bad day now and again. But for Ratni, it’s EVERY DAY. Never have I been greeted or assisted politely by her. Now I just wait for the next available teller each time I have to make a visit. Ratni asks me every time now: “I can help you over here sir.” She looks stunned each time I say: “I’m going to wait for the next available teller, thanks though.” She hasn’t even gotten to know me by name despite me having regular activity after two years. When I go to a bank that holds MY MONEY, I expect to be treated at least cordially. ~Josh

Several machines and cables have been broken for over a month, staff doesn't seem to care. The hand sanitizer machines are rarely stocked which is not great news during a global pandemic. Machines and equipment are very dirty and in poor condition. Not even worth the low price ~Nathan

The people that work at this branch are very pleasant. They work quickly and efficiently. They are willing to work with you to figure out a problem. I like going into a branch and seeing familiar faces and having them recognize me is a bonus. The supervisors are organized and seem to know how to handle difficult issues. ~Linda
