The people that work at this branch are very pleasant. They work quickly and efficiently. They are willing to work with you to figure out a problem. I like going into a branch and seeing familiar faces and having them recognize me is a bonus. The supervisors are organized and seem to know how to handle difficult issues.

This branch is a complete joke, I've been trying to get my credit card for over 5 weeks now. I've had to call them 3 times just to get them to mail it! Because they forgot. Dont waste your time here I'd just go elsewhere if you want good service

I’ve been a longtime member here and I have yet to be impressed with the service I receive. I moved recently and was charged a “bad address fee” without being told (I only discovered the fee when I checked my account online). I had set up a forwarding address with the post office prior to moving so my mail should not have been returned to Case; when I called to dispute the fee, they couldn’t tell me anything helpful, they just explained that the bad address fee was to cover the cost of the returned mail and I could bring in two pieces of mail with my current address to have the charge removed. With Covid going on I don’t want to go into buildings unnecessarily and the charge is only $5 so it’s not worth it. Another time I was traveling in Europe and informed Case and asked if my Visa debit card was able to be used internationally. They assured me it was safe to use. Then they issued a security alert when I used my card in Europe. Then my card was declined everywhere I tried to use it, even after I called and told them I was the one using the card. Had I been traveling alone I would have been screwed; thankfully I was with a friend who was able to use her card so I just had to pay her back. Overall this place isn’t great but it’s also not the worst. They’ve failed me more times than I’d like, especially given how long I’ve been a member. I feel like my money isn’t always safe but their charges and fees are low compared to other places and I have all of my important numbers memorized so I won’t leave yet. Edit: I originally gave 2 stars but bumped it up to 3 due to the help I have since received.

Worst banking experience ever. This is my experience from back in November. I financed a trailer through them as my trailer dealer was already set up with them. Went ok at first but then my autopay just quit transferring ( their fault). I kept getting hit with late fees and called several times but absolutley noone could help or seemed to care. So after finally being irritated enough I called into the okemos branch and asking for the routing number to pay off the loan, apparently they cant tell me my own information and would have the manager call me ( I got this information in a real sarcastic tone from the teller). I was just angry at this point. Manager never called me back even after my third call. So I drove through a snowstorm that was going on 45 minutes away just to end my relationship with this horrible bank. When I finally got there they were all surprised to see that I actually showed up. The manager says "i was just about to call you but i had to wait until after 4" i knew that was a total lie. After reviewing my paperwork she couldn't tell why my autopay quit so i was given back my fees luckily and was on my way still very irritated. 1 month later autopay starts working again and keeps attempting to take money from my account Even months after I terminate my account. Dont deal with this bank!!!
