We went to the store around 3:30 & expected a wait. But NO! The service was excellent , efficient and very quick. The young man who waited on us knew his stuff. This was the best phone buying experience I’ve ever had.

This is one of the best experience’s we’ve had at a AT&T store! Shout out to Brandi Jennings for caring about her customers! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we were taken care of! We were never once told to go online to take care of our needs as we have experienced in the past. She was patient, helpful and very understanding! I highly recommend Brandi if you have questions, need to upgrade or are wondering if AT&T is a good choice for your needs!

Although I've had a few issues with the technicalities involved in switching my service over from my previous carrier, the staff at this store has definitely shown that it is willing to help. It's not often that I find solution-oriented customer service representatives, but I definitely found one here. Colette is an exceptional CSR and I would highly recommend anybody visiting this store to ask for her. Great job!

I wrote a review on this store a couple of days ago , as it was one of my worst ATT experiences to date. I took my parents in the store to transfer their 2 lines to my accounts, I had already spoken to customer service so I knew what the price was going to be before we walked in the store. We were greeted with the RUDEST PERSON EVER!!!! HIS NAME IS JUAN.. (STAY AWAY) Either Juan doent like old people, or Juan didnt like something one of us was wearing or he just has terrible customer service, none of which are ok!!!! Juan tried to upsale my parents and said their we absolutely no $2 a month phone like customer service discussed but of course their were some $30 a month phones they could get. he could not have been more rude! Juan would have absolutley taken advantage of them if they would have gone in by themselves. When I asked to speak with a manager he walked off and got on the phone then proceeded to walk around the store, I asked if we were aiting on something he said "you said you wanted to speak with a manager" I said "is he hear" he said "no, he will be here in 30 mins maybe." I said 'were you not going to tell us?" he did not respond. Needless to say we left!!! I've been to this store numerous times and have never had an issue..this guy was exceptionally rude!!!

Went to this location after being screwed by the louetta location a few years back. Giving me the veterans discount raised my plan by $60 dollars a month. I went to get an up grade and to look at the Samsung 22 ultra. Not only was the phone dead and they didn't offer a way to get it charged for me to look at the phone. They didn't have any stock on the phone either.

Our salesman was awesome very patient and helpful made mine and my sons fast pleasant and very comfortable I left with no questions which never happens lol

This is by far the best experience I've ever had at an AT&T store! The person helping me was attentive, knowledgeable, and very personable. They made it a very pleasant experience and took the time to help download everything from my previous phone which other stores have not done for me in the past. I would highly recommend this store and consultant/employee to others. Excellent service!

Yesterday I went to that store to increase the plan of two lines and add another one. I had a very bad experience with the employee who treated me with rudenesses. When I asked for the manager he said he was but I have found out that the manager is a woman. With that kind of service is better to move to other company. I ran out to t-mobile where the attention was completely different.

This place is a joke! Low on all supplies, and no customer service whatsoever! The store manager put me on a waiting list and after an hour people came in way after I did and he started helping them. I asked him where I was at in line and asked what number they were and he got very rude and defensive with me. Then, lied about him not helping them and said he was just helping them with a question (yeah right). I told him I was waiting 45 minutes before them for my question. He said that he was the store manager and could help who he wanted, whenever he wanted and it didn’t matter about being next in line. I will never be back, I also will never visit another corporate store and I will also consider not using AT&T again just because of this. It’s one thing to not get helped in line and to get cut - it’s another for the manager to lie about it and make excuses - “just own it”. I can’t believe AT&T is letting people like this operate and mange their store for them. The people in front of me thanked me for calling him out and they said they were sick of this and walked out because it happened to them earlier also, but they were afraid to say anything. Shame on you AT&T for empowering your managers to act like this. What kind of precedence does this teach the other employees by seeing these poor actions. I left and went down the street to a non-corporate store and there was no line, more products and the customer service was a 10!

I was offered a free i phone Xs Max back in February. However, i found out around 10/5 that it wasn’t free, and i have been paying for it. I reported it to ATT call center and they escalated it to upper management. When i call back to check on the status they wasn’t helpful at all, i was transferred back and forth and end up with no updates for over 3 weeks. Finally, i went to this ATT store and met John, he went above and beyond and stayed on the phone with customer service over an hour to help me to resolve the issue. I highly recommend This location for it's exceptional customer service, products availability, organize displays and store cleanliness.
